Bila cerita pasal warna I suka biru coz menenangkan....tp nak kongsi pengalaman skit. Masa sekolah teacher kabor warna hijau memberikan kesegaran dan baik utk kesihatan mata...

So...dia suruh pandang tumbuhan hijau yg berembun setiap pagi bila bgn tido...x tahu la kebetulan atau fakta....tp I sorang je dlm family yg x pakai spec lgi.....

true...my science teacher gave me the same advice...that's why I love driving long distance along any greenery...decrease stress and eye sore...my vision was 20/20...till I used my tablet too much...now a bit of rabun jauh..double vision sometimes...but not so bad...I am the only female siblings who rarely use my glasses...just once in a blue moon...

ps...eating carrots are good for the eyes, too...this reminds me I forgot to eat the carrots I bought last week...Thank God...

I love loveee blue dari kecik lagi. waktu kecik2 girls selalu dapat barang2 warna pink n aku selalu merajuk sebab i prefer baby blue colour. tapi now baju banyak warna black cos senang nak match. ada jugak someone mentioned to me yang i look the best in light purple and peach lol.
