modem dorang dah pulangkan semula?

laki aku dah g nak pulangkan modem tapi depa TAK MAHU AMBIL

kalau jadi kat ko...apa ko nak buat..masa laki aku g tu aku tak ikut,,

kalau aku ikut,,aku letak je atas meja diorang tu

sekarang duk dalam plastik jah kat umah aku...lepas ni nak p hempuk kepala depa dengan modem tu

n kalau aku pegi..aku nak bawak kamera sekali,,nak ambik gambar sebagai BUKTI

aku paste kat sini nanti gambar tu insya allah

aku emel sebab dulu sekali masa kontrak belum abis,,.aku terminate gak..depa reply..tapi yg this time tak reply..that why laki aku g kaunter siap bawak modem..tapi tak dapat terminate gak n dia takmo terima modem tu..

n this time aku emel balik sekali cc kat aduan skmm..nanti tengokla macamana

Dimiliki oleh Green Packett Bhd..sykt tersenarai di BSKL ...tp mcm dah nak mati jer company ni...harga saham pun bawah 40sen skrg..rasanya sykt ni dlm kerugian kot

good idea..dalam bungkusan tu ko letak apa..n balut dengan apa..incase kalau rosak ke nanti dia cas plak bende lain

National Consumer Complaints Centre, NCCC: http://www.nccc.org.my/v2/index.php/ingin-membuat-aduan-e-aduan

copy je email complaint ko sblm ni kat e-aduan situ. diorang akan kasik feedback punya. walaupun nmpk mcm redundant sbb ko dah complaint ke SKMM, at least ko dah bg org2 p1 wimax tu pening kepala sbb kena kerja lebih nak menjawab aduan drp badan2 lain pulak.

CFM and NCCC mmg akan urge feedback jugak daripada p1 walau mcmana pun. aku kalau bengang dgn telco ke astro ke, takde maknanya aku nak walk-in office diorang or call customer service diorang. aku akan email dulu diorang ckp masalah sekian2, n ckp aku nak feedback dlm masa 5 hari bekerja. kalau diorang tak bg feedback mmg aku report terus ke SKMM, CFM n NCCC. pastu baru terhegeh2 nak menjawab segala aduan aku.
