Mall kat kawasan residential area mmg agak lengang hari weekdays... Weekend je penuh... Contoh mcm paradigm dan even curve pun agak lengang pada hari weekdays... Berbeza dgn mall di pusat bandaraya yg ada CBD spt pavi, midvalley dan suria klcc yg sentiasa ramai org tak kira hari

WCT sebuah syarikat yang stail Cinabeng nya sangat terserlah. Tengok lah beberapa townships mereka di Bandar Bukit Tinggi, masterplan dorang memang tak boleh blah..Tapi Aeon Mall Bukit Tinggi yang dibina oleh mereka ok jer, mungkin sebab AEON yang menyewa dan operate sendiri dari WCT.

Sebab tu lah pemaju atau pemilik pusat membeli-belah ada terms seperti 'Regional Malls' dan 'Neighbourhood Malls'.
Regional malls adalah pusat membeli-belah yang dibina di kawasan pusat bandar dan mampu menarik pengunjung dari pelbagai tempat manakala neighbourhood malls cumalah sebuah pusat membeli-belah yang dibina di sesebuah taman perumahan atau pinggir bandar dan pasaran sasaran pihak pemilik ialah di antara 10km hingga ke 20km radius.

Namun, dari pemerhatian Spidey, ada beberapa neighbourhood malls sudah dinaikan taraf kepada regional malls seperti 1 Utama dan Sunway Pyramid.

Bukan kut bro...WIT baru betul nama kolej tu.
WCT ni sebenarnya sebuah syarikat construction dan engineering sebelum menceburi bidang pemaju perumahan dan malls.

AKu rsa ape yg x menarik aku nak g mall ni psl takde retail cam aeon,parkson,metrojaya tu..yg ade kedai2 baju mahal.takat tesco mana2 pon ade..sedangkan bandar ulu kat semenyih pon ade.summore,located kat tgh2 ldp yg jem.

Tahun lepas aku gi situ, masuk kedai Carlo rino xsilap aku...tgh tengok2 tu boley salesgirl dia Tanya aku memacam akak keje mana, buat apa..saya bosan dah keje sini..tengokla tak de orang langsung..lengang aje. Time dia cakap lengang tu, aku pun pandang luar...mmg takde sapa. Ntah Ada lagi x kedai tu..
