saya nak tanya sikit.. kalau kita nak buat kek macammana nak tentukan berat kek tersebut.
Contohnya: kalau nak buat kek berat sekilo, adakah berat ditentukan lepas kek siap bakar atau pun sebelum bakar.

I pun sebenarnya nak tahu benda yang sama...tapi bola fikir2 balik...rasanya timbang berat kek selepas bakar...sebab kalau kita pergi beli kek birthday di bakery pun...dia tunjuk kek yang dah siap tu sebagai 1/2kg...1kg...dsbnya...

Anyway...elok tunggu jawapan tepat dari otai2 bakery di sini...

ni kek sy plak...

first time buat bagi best fren tuk wedding die...

resepi kek coklat moist bebop(kukus)...

ganache sue_rans...kali ni sedap...takde dark choc...gune milk choc...manis skit la....tapi sedap...

yg strawberi kat atas tu n tulisan tu dr coklat....

sy dah try resepi kek coklat kukus[lotus_e05], jimat dan sedap...

cuma sy just guna 1/2 cwn minyak n 1/3 cwn air panas... sy just guna susu tepung 2 sb n sebatikan...then letak air sejuk jdkan 1 cwn...

sbb lembik sgt, sy x berani nak letak semua air panas...

bile dh masak, die rangup plk....lepas sehari, waa...moistnye...lembutnye...

terima kasih kerani bkongsi resepi yg sedap dan jimat

ni sy copipes dr lotus_e05 tulis ari tu...Resepinye agak sama dgn Hersey's Perfectly Choc Cake

Kek Coklat Bakar/Kukus[lotus_e05]

bahan:
1 3/4 cwn tpg gandum
3/4 cwn serbuk koko
1 cmt baking powder
1 cmt bikarbonat
* ayak bahan tersebut

2 cwn gula
1 cwn myk masak
1 cwn susu cair
2 biji telur
secubit garam
1 cwn air panas

cara:
masukkan sume bahan kecuali air panas dlm mangkuk mixer..putar beberapa minit sampai pekat.
baru masukkan air panas..pukul kejap biar sebati..
alas loyang dgn ketas myk..base saja..sapukan jgk myk msk pd loyang..
bakar/kukus 45mim atau sampai masak..
guna loyang cam i tu dpt 3 loyang..
da masak..biakan sejuk dlm loyang..jgn keluarkan dulu..
senang resepi ni..i buat sentiasa jd..Alhamdulillah..
u all doakan kek i laris dan bisnes i bekembang maju ye.. hehe
slamat mencube..

ia agak sama ngn resepi dr youtube...Herseys Perfectly choc Cake

Herseys Perfectly choc Cake

2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa {sy guna serbuk koko biasa}
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder {guna 1sk je}
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda {guna 1sk je}
1 teaspoon salt {terlupa letak}
2 eggs
1 cup milk {guna susu tepung + air}
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water {guna 1/3 cup je}
"PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING(recipe follows)

Directions:1. Heat oven to 350癋. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.

2. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans.

3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost with "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING. 10 to 12 servings.

VARIATIONS:
ONE-PAN CAKE: Grease and flour 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Heat oven to 350

nak tanya pada forumers yg dah pernah buat kek coklat kukus beebop..nak pukul telur tu pakai mixer atau pukul cam buat telur dadar tuh?

Salam...

Lama tak jengah topik nie..dedulu rajin gak post sini...la nie saya wat partime wat kek coklat kukus..resepi zaima..Nak tanya ada tak sesapa yg wat resepi bebop tapi guna half adunan..ingat nak tukar guna pki resepi bebop tapi tak berani nak edit..coz saya nie klu mengolah resepi orang confrim tak jadi..hahahhahahaha...so ada sapa blh tolong x??

hazryka..resepi ni pon i amek dari majalah..x ingt majalah ape..pd pandangan i..kalau kek yg guna minyak ni kalau x letak garam..rasenye mcm tawar n x lemak..tp kalu gune butter..da x ya letak garam.. dlm resepi tu i tulis secubit ke? hehe.. letak 2 3 cubit pon xpe...ikot saiz jari jemari u all..hehe..

cikgu..klu gune resepi i tu..u bole buat 1/2 adunan..i slalu buat stgh adunan klu org order sikit..alhamdulillah..belum penah lg x jd..mane2 kek yg i nak try buat pon i buat 1/2 adunan dulu...klu sedap.. baru i buat betol2..hehe..kes x nak membazir gule.. andai kate x sedap xdela membazir bahan2 tu...try n error kene berani cube..amacam cikgu? ade berani? hehe..

resepi kek coklat lotus ni ku buat sekali satu adunan sb yakin mesti jadi..
lg satu resepi ni menggunakan hanya 2 biji telur sungguh jimat..pas tu boleh di bakar @
di kukus..banyak tu kelebihan nye

betol tu...kukus sodap..bakar pon sodap...kdg2 i pon fenen nak di bakar ke nak di kukus...hehe...pssttt...lg jimat bile i pakai telor saiz e..keh keh keh...dasar kedekut btol ek...tahle...jadi je kek i buat tu...customer ni tahunye nak murah je ek...
