jangan over gaul..... pakai sudu besar/kayu je hingga just tergaul, nampak berbiji-biji....jangan sampai smooth nanti bantat dan tough....... |

ixora...neh resepi nyer...mudah sgt..bhn pon x byk...sedap lak tuh
ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
2/3 cup sunflower seed oil
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a medium bowl blend the banana, oil, egg and vanilla together.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in the banana mixture until just blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
*saya guna minyak jagung ganti sunflower seed oil tuh..guna any vege oil pon ok je
*jgn overmix...just mix dry ngan wet ingredients tuh jap je..lumpy pon x per..

my first try buat muffin mlm td, guna resipi basic muffin sue tp letak serbuk koko sket, rupenye dah ok tp tawar (maybe dah terlebih koko) n rasa baking powder kuat sgt, nape yek? nak kata terlebih dah ikut cam dlm resipi tu
for the next tray kite tambah gula, okla sket but still ade rasa BP, nasib baik my son sukee sgt.....
camne ye taknak bg ade rase BP tu? ke lidah kite ni yg sensitip? |
