Tq pd yg bagi cadangan.... Biskut tu sy nak cuba elakkan sbb saya tak nak amik carbohidrat sbgai kudapan... Idea pasal kqcang tu best sbb saya suka kacang... Kalau kacang tanah yg digoreng sendiri ok tak? Banyak kalori tak kacang tanah ni yer?

    Biskut jacob tu.. 1 paket tak sampai 100calori.. utk kunyah2 1 paket dah cukup.. dlm tu ada 5-6 keping... tak tinggi pun kalorinya...

tp mmg bagus beskut neh.. nak2 yg low salt high fibre tu.. kalori pun rendah

    peanut tu kacang tanah la midori... lemak yg  baik .. low carbs...

kalau dpt almond, walnut, peanut campur2 pun ok... nak goreng tanpa minyak eh? kalau nak goreng ngan minyak goreng je ngan canola oil, olive oil dan yg sewaktu dgnnya... minyak2 ni pun mengandungi lemak yg baik .. kalau x silap lina la.. kalau salah sila betulkan..

jgn risau, pasni leh cover balik.. dh manis2 tu, kenala minum air masak bebanyak....

lina pun kekadang terpaksa abiskn lebihan ank, esoknya cover balik dgn senaman ke.. kalau sikit2 tu xde kesan sgt.. kalau hari2 ada la kesan kn.. jd kena cover mana2 yg patut..

wahh cheat day det, ala2 western la..semua high kalori... tp yg buat atkins, heaven je mkn daging2 dan ikan ni...roti je buang...

lina lom wat bebetul lg yg dikatakn cheat day. kononnya cheat day.. tp jaga2 gak.. hihi

makanan kat kenduri2 ni, kalorinya pun x kurang hebatnya... tinggi!! nasi beriyani, nasi minyak... mmg sedap tapi.............kalori??
ala kenduri pun sekali sekala.. bukan tiap hari... kalau lina, lina mkn tp kuantiti sederhana la....hihi

ekekeke... tgk keadaan jgk la.. sbb kalu nk makan menda camtuh..kena pastikan kalori still under 1200kcal lg

det ada wat jadual.. contohnya besok nk makan ape.. mlm tu det dh tulis lam note..siap kira kalori lg.. bekpes makan ape.. lunch makan ape.. dinner makan ape...
