Pukul2 manja.

Belle dah try, tapi mcm keras sikit bawah dia, pastu mcm bersarang (mcm kek gula hangus tu).

Belle try jugak Chocolate Muffin & Triple Choc muffin (resipi yg shidaaziz letak tu) - malatops!! I like these better!

Actually belle suka memasak tapi tak suka makan, especially yg manis2. So semlm browse kat "Kuali" dpt satu resipi utk savoury muffin. Will have to try soon.

But to those yg dah ada bahan, sila lah cuba & khabar kat kami semua ye!!

Savoury Muffins (Amy Beh)

Ingredients :
* 50g cooked chicken meat, shredded
* 1/4 tsp pepper (Belle akan guna black pepper sbb tak suka white pepper)
* 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 160ml UHT milk
* 2 eggs
* 90g butter, melt (Belle akan guna minyak masak je)
* 25g chives, chop coarsely (If the fresh ones are not too expensive perhaps I will use dried ones instead)
* 25 g carrots, grate

Sift :
* 100 g plain flour
* 150 g self-raising flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda

Method :
Preheat oven to 180 deg C. Lightly grease muffin pans or patty tins with corn oil. Combine the sifted ingredients with the pepper, chicken stock and salt.

Beat the eggs lightly and mix in milk and melted butter. Pour in the flour mixture. Mix lightly but well, then add in chives, carrots and chicken meat.

Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans until 3/4 full. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until well-risen.

Happy trying!!!

hello. assalamualaikum semua..
fea baru kat sini....
nak share my favourite muffin recipe

Double Chocolate Muffin....

9 oz self raising flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
half tsp salt
5 tbsp cocoa powder
4 oz chocolate chips, dark n white (extra pun takpe)
4 to 5 oz brown sugar (kalau banyak choc chips, kurang kan la gula...)
260 mls milk (full fat la, but to appease your guilt, you may use skimmed....BOOOOOOOOO!!!)
90 mls vegetable oil (or sunflower or canola or soya..)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg...
Muffin tray n paper cases

Method :
Preheat oven at 160C atau 325F.
Sift flour, bicarb n cocoa into a bowl, add salt n choc chips n sugar.
Add milk, oil, vanilla n egg to dry ingredients.
Mix, do not over beat or muffins will be heavy.
Bakefor 8-10 minutes for mini muffins or 12-15 minutes for large muffins.
Will make 12 large muffins or about 40-50 mini muffins.

Good luck....if anyone tries this recipe out, can you share your creations ( or disasters) with me?? Thanks.....Enjoy.....
p/s coloured sprinkles are optional, but i think it looks cute...

hi fea
tks for sharing the recipe.bole tanye is it necessary to pakai paper cup. can i just bake those mini muffins directly onto the mini muffin pan ... i mean not the non-stick pan but the usual stainless still pan or would it be easier to bake on individual patty tins instead. tks
