nak resepi?? buleh...

resepi diambil dari website bed n breakfast ke hapa tak ingatla...

SIMPLE CHOC MUFFIN

bahan2

1 1/2 cawan tepung
2 sudu besar koko powder
1 cawan gula (saya guna 1/2 cawan je)
3/4 cawan minyak
1/4 cawan air sejuk
2 bijik telur
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp choc emulco
1/2 tsp garam

cara2
- campurkan tepung, koko powder, baking powder dan garam. gaul rata.
- dalam bekas lain campur telur, gula, minyak, air sejuk n choc emulco dan gaul guna whisker sampai sebati.
- masukkan adunan telur n minyak tadi dalam adunan tepung. gaul ala kadar jer..
- sudukan dalam paper cup dan bakar pada suhu 170'c selama 20-30 minit (saya boh suhu 200'C 15 minit jer)

SIMPLE ORANG MUFFIN tu bahan2 sama mcm choc muffin, cuma gantikan koko powder dgn 1 tbs kulit oren parut, air sejuk tu ganti dgn 1/4 cawan jus oren n choc emulco tu gantila dengan esen oren ke, vanila ke.. cara buat seruper...

adunan tu bole dapat 12 muffin saiz sederhana...

Kak liza... mummy dah try buat muffin biasa ok lah.. tp kan nak try buat blueberry muffin plak.. blueberry filling tu beli siap ke kita boleh buat sendiri?  sori ek.. mummy jarang masuk sini.. SO bnyak yg mummy tak tahu...

sorry for the delay.....here's my recipe for Banana Date Muffin

10 oz self raising flour, sifted
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, sifted
1/2 (half) tsp salt
4 oz brown sugar
3 large bananas, mashed
90 mls vegetable oil
60 mls milk
1 egga handful of dates, chopped

mixeverythingtogether. batter should be lumpy. kalau batter smoothsangat,the muffinwill be heavy.bake in oven 160 degrees C atau 325 degrees Ffor 15 minsforlargemuffins (makes 12) or 10 mins for small muffins(makesapprox 50)


Notes :

1) fea selalu use the large bananas mcm Del Monte, atau thaibananas...
theriperthe bananas, the better. kalau pakai pisang yg freshsangat,thebananasmell and taste tu kurang......fea suka pisang ygsupermarketjual murahsal they are too ripe atau bruised.....they makethe bestmuffins andcakes.....i would borong semua, balik umah, peelthem andput them inplastic containers and freeze them....take outsmall amountswhenneeded.......dont worry if the bananas turn brownwhenfrozen...when youmix dlm batter andwhen it's cooked,taknampak....  

2)kepada sesiapa yg tak suka kurma,you can substitute it with chocchipsatau walnuts atau kismis...about3-4 oz should beokay.....

3)depending on how much bananas youuse, the muffins esp kalau ygbesar,might take longer than 15 minutesto cook.....kalau after 15 minsstillbelum brown lagi, leave it foranother 5 mins and recheckagain.....

4) for decorative purposes, fea suka pakai sweet banana chips...placeone banana chip on top of the muffin before baking....

Nara pun tgh duk plan nak buat muffin blueberry. Fillingnya dah bli 2-3hari tapi lum ada masa lagi nak buat.Bli yg siap je la kot.Tapi pnah tgk kat tv cara buat filling ni.Lupa dah camner.

i found this Double Chocolate Muffins recipe especially to forumers yg tak suka timbang2 ingredients..all you need are cups and teaspoons.....fea lum cuba lagi.....

2 cups flour
2/3 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda, pressed through a sieve to remove lumps
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (miniatures work great!), divided
1 1/3 cups milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 400η™‹.
Coat muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl, combine the liquid ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Fold into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
Don't overmix.
Scoop the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake at 400η™‹. for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before removing from the pan.

How long can these muffins keep?

Kalau nak simpan for a few days, perlu ke letak anything to make it last?

kalau fea, i prefer to makan masa fresh2, panas2 straight from the oven....
tapi kalau belle nak simpan, masuk kan dalam air tight container  je, should keep 2-3 days.....kalau tak, they can dry out........
dah nak makan, panas kan dlm microwave for a few seconds.....
mmmmmmmmm........

mlm tadi wat resepi blueberry muffin resepi k.liza. sedap... anak rimbun bedal sampai dua ketul lepas masak semlm. ingatkan nak bawa opis but sikenit tu nak bawa g sekolah ler plak.... tak bg kang merajuk plak.... TQ kak liza

Hi Maklang,
tks for the recipe. the 1st mencuba, tak lah sedap sangat, bukannya ape, cuma terkurang taroh koko. 2nd try, i tambah sikit dgn instant coffee, warna nampak cantik sikit ....sorilah takde  digital camera utk pos pic kak siini. also tried the apple muffin, tapi psl tak de orange, i gunakan lemon instead, find it a bit light in texture tapi sedap....my dad suka makan ni compared to the chocolate muffin.......tks pada sape2 yg berikan recipe apple muffin tu. at least skrg da confident sikit buat muffin. anyway,,nak tanya sikit...psl telor sebenarnya pakai telor yg size ape utk buat muffin ni cos tak semua recipe state the size of the telor..harap sape2 dpat tolong. tks in advance.
