Tahini as a dressing (other options reduced salt soy sauce, lemon juice)
Method:Prepare your filling of choice (tofu is amazing in this) and chop up your salad. Wash your lettuce leaves and fill them as you would with normal tacos. Drizzle with tahini or your sauce of choice to finish them off! Enjoy everyone
