u try buka website cleaneatingsurvivalguide...resepi nyer byk yg simple2...

contoh:
I copy paste jah...

Recipe:
Cos lettuce leaves (as many as you'd like)
Your filling (tofu, black beans, chickpeas or meat if you wish)
Chopped salad (tomato, cucumber, onion, capsicum, grated beetroot etc
Avocado
Tahini as a dressing (other options reduced salt soy sauce, lemon juice)
Method:
Prepare your filling of choice (tofu is amazing in this) and chop up your salad. Wash your lettuce leaves and fill them as you would with normal tacos. Drizzle with tahini or your sauce of choice to finish them off! Enjoy everyone

Seronok pulak iols masuk benang ni. Meriah Ramadhan dgn menu dan resepi. I like sangat. Tengkius adik kakak.

Hr ni iols ke param. Makan nasi kerabu. Dah dua hari berbuka ala-ala saja. Macamana nk dapat body mcm dani-rox, mbhcsf, @cemolot nih...

macam mana u buat pes sambal ni. cili kering+bawang putih+bawang kecik..blend lepas tu goreng kan  ...


blend cili kering yg dh direbus dan ditos(jenis kerinting )

bhn lain
bawang merah yg kecik2 suke ati byk mana tp iols pastikan bilangan dlm no ganjil biasa 7- 15 ulas gitu
bwg putih 1 ulas je
belacan bakar sikit
segengam ikan bilis yg dibasuh bersih
blend semua bhn diatas ngn sedikit air.

tumis bhn kisar dgn minyak yg byk dan api yg perlahan hingga betul2 masak molek
pastu masukkan cili kering yg dikisar dlm satu cawan atau lebih ikut suka hati.
kacau2 selalu hingga pecah minyak, masukkan gula nisan/gula putih iols biasa guna gula nisan aka gula kabung/melaka.. bila gula dimasukkan sambal akn berubah kaler merah yg cantik.. kacau gaul serata dan teruskan memasak.
pastu masukkan garam secukup rasa dan diikuti air asam jawa secukup rasa jugak.
sambal tumis yg sedap mesti seimbang rasa pedas, manis, masin dan masam.
yg penting tang manis tu. sambal kalo terpedas hurmm kureng sedap jdnya sbb tu mst seimbang semua rasa.
tumis  agak lama atas api yg perlahan hingga mencapai konsistensi yg dikehendaki.. cantik kaler merah dan pekat molek.

ekceli kalo pndAi pilih kat bazar pun ade pilihan menu sihat
iols selalu beli  pecal sejenis salad nusantara hhuhu
ayam panggang dan ikan bakar juga blh dikatakan menu yg healthy
pelbagai jenis kerabu
skrg ni pun kat bazar ramadhan dah ade yg jual menu mcm wholemeal wrap inti ayam dan sayuran.
kalo gerai yg jual nasi campur pilihlah lauk mcm pindang, singgang  atau rebus air asam ke
org selalu igt nk eat clean atau nk diet seimbang mst mkn menu barat mcm salad  n plbgai pdhal ade je menu tempatan yg menyihatkan.
mknlah mcm ibu2 dlm pantang tu mkn huhu..

hr ni masak sambal sutun dgn sayur goreng jah...hari2 sure kne ada sayur...mkn byk2...nasi pun ciput ...

turun 5 kg tu blh sbb tubuh terkejut baru2 nk biasakan diri sbb sblm ni 11 bln mkn je kan.. mmg normal bln puasa akn turun berat badan.

tp dlm masa 1-2 hari melantak raya sekejapan je  naik semula berkilo2
melainkn masa raya nnt mkn pun beringat2. tak amik air manis, xmkn biskut raya, juadah berat lain mkn sekadar merasa je.

uols yg muda belia takpelah nak berangan nak jadi macam kate king...usia iols yg metabolic rate da ...

sedih pula tatkala membaca... sendu di bulan romadhon kekdahnya
alaa... iols pon bukan la spring chicken sgt. Terasa jua di usia sebegini lemak2 yg mengelilingi tubuh sungguh degil sekali

kat bintulu ni tak banyak pilihan la uols... yang buka gerai tu pon sesetengahnya mcm baru belajar memasak jah... tak shedaaap.
lagi pon ai fobia sbb pernah kena keracunan makanan
tapi dulu2 masa masih tinggal kat shah alam, ai suka jalan2 ke bazar kat stadium tuh...
banyak pilihan dan kuih2 ai jarang jumpa.
