Ni td terjumpa 1 public grup kat fb. No sugar challenge. Nak try la follow..
Lately aku da start minum air manis balik wpun masih terkawal..maybe sbb tu aku da mula craving benda manis esp keropok melinjau bersira..huhu

Sis kalau nak badan curvy you squat jah.. iols dulu terlebih squat body dah jadik ala2 no 8. Pastu makan tak ingat perot pun berlipat2 terus hilang bentuk. Ni cerita few years back la haha

Konah pun tengah struggle nak turunkan berat. Dulu keje banyak bergerak, so berat tu still berat tp taklah bertambah. Sekarang sejak keje yg duduk je, walau baru 5 bulan tapi dah 10kgs konah gain aduhaiii..bila lah konah boleh jadi macam billa ni, btw billa teruskan usaha mu yach!
