Pagi ini I dah buat senam briskwalk 15 menet dan senam body selama 15 menet.
Peluh sakan tapi muka nmpk glow sebab ada blood circulation.

Uish tobat lahum nak exercise malam dah.
Patutlah makin montek.
Kena senam pagi pagi rupanya.
My bad. Sebab tak baca info about exercise betul betul.

Okay I ikut nasihat U. Semalam dah tak dinner dah.
Just minum air kosong. Dan tak dah exercise malam dah. Exercise pagi jam 7am to 715am lepas tu senam workout 30menet je.

Betullah, tu air milo sangatlah sedap (for me lah). Chocolaty kan. Sebab itulah kut kan badan I ni tegap.
I minum milo bukan dgn susu pekat tapi susu segar.
Plus milo ada gula tu yg tak turun turun badan I ni.
I mmg dah start regime diet start semalam lagi.
Semoga dipermudahkanlah. Amin.

Thanks fren bagi nasihat to me ya.
Orang lain yg baca nasihat U pun dapat manfaat juga nanti.

I dah baca since semalam. Tapi tak sempat reply.

Barulah I tahu apa sebab badan makin naik. Rupanya sebab workout memalam.
Memang betul betul my bad lah sebab tak baca info pasal exercise nak kurus sebelum mulakan activity senam. Setahun okay senam malam malam.

Nasib ada orang pandai macam U bagi nasihat.
Since pagi tadi I dah senam pagi dah mula jam 7am.

Sekarang tgh diet makan. Portion kecik dan air kosong. No air milo dah.
