I pun sama...even buat topping pizza pun i guna cheddar cheese yang u slice kan dan campak2 atas serata pizza...jadi juga rasa pizza...sedap jugak.....maybe kalau nak buat cake la tak boleh dengan cheese ni....tapi haritu i pernah cuba 1 resepi tu yang patutnya guna mozarella cheese ke apa....i terguna cheddar....tapi jadi jugak kek tu...lemak2 masin sikit...and ada manis2...lembut pulak tu...sedap......

seronok pula bila dah baca thread ni...
siap dapat resepi home made cheese lagi..
kalau resepi home made cheese ni di gunakan untuk buat frosting cream cheese untuk kek boleh ke?
sedap x agak2nya?

Yg tu saya tak taulah pulak. So far saya pernah guna soft cheese utk buat kek lapis cokelat. Memang sedap. Kek lapis ni saya kukus. Soft cheese tu saya campur utk adunan warna kuning yg ada campur dgn horlick.

since kak bai pakai susu tepung...nak pakai susu tepung range aper...full cream ker...agak2 kalo satu pek refill yg 2kg susu everyday full cream tuh banyak tak dapat...saya nak buat nih...pakai cuka la ikut kak bai punya recipe...then gula ngn garam tuh banyak ke kena taruk ...yogurt nak taruk gak ker...kalo saya compress cheese tuh...leh jadi seketul cheese yg bleh parut tak...nak simpan kat mana kalo dah siap...peti ais beku ker atau sekadar kat tpt simpan butter tu jer - chiller (ish banyak nyer tanya )...sy tgh gila makan pizza nih - buat sendiri ...apa2 cheese pon saya belasah letak as topping tp harus ada banyak...nak beli parmesan, mozarella even cheddar segala mahal plak...buat sendrik lagi ok kots...jimat sikit kan dan yg penting stok sentiasa ada dan boleh top up kalo dah tau buat...

Sorry dik, Kak Bai baru je masuk. Kalau dah cuba tu baguslah. Kalau ikut resipi Maisya memang dah bagus sgt. Soft cheese tu saya guna susu tepung instant je. Memang tak ada pakai sukatan pun. Once susu tepung+air dah menggeledak sikit, bubuh cuka. Memang for sure susu tu jadi mcm susu basi. Nanti Kak Bai check okay.

Renett tu tak pernah jumpa kat sini. Kalau di KL sana mesti ada jual kot. So far memang tak pernah buat mozarella cheese.

susu tepung mmg mahal pon...bukan susu tepung jer susu kotak/susu cair pon sama..cheese mmg la dah sedia mahal...butter pon makin mahal...seme main dalam RM 5 ke atas..dulu RM 3.50 pon leh dapat seketul....kalo buat kuih raya esp tart rasa sakit jer nak beli...tu blom buat kek lagi ...tensen...tensen

Memang tension sgt2. Lagilah tension susu utk baby. Time raya nanti mesti harga susu manis/creamer & susu cair naik harga. Belum cerita harga gula & cake/biscuit ingredients. Nampaknya kena berjimat-cermat.

BTW, susu tepung yg bukan instant pun boleh guna. Sama je hasilnya. All the best & nanti boleh share kat sini. Ikut je resipi Maisya sebab memang dah perfect sgt pun.

tak pe, maisya dah bg resepi.
mmg seronok bila pes taim buat menjadi
so, dah tak yah pikir nak beli cheese dah, klu teringin buat je.

nak minta idea...

saya ada buat cream cheese malam kelmarin..
pastu cheese tu saya campurkan butter gula aising dan vanilla untuk buat frosting kek nenas...
mmg sedap kek tu apabila disalut dengan lime flavored cream cheese tu...(saya campurkan lime juice di dalam untuk curd kan susu tu..)...a very good combination..

tp ada banyk pula lebihan frosting tu..ada saya simpankan di dalam peti sejuk..

nak buat apa ya dengan lebihan frosting yg ada? banyak juga dalam 800 hingga 900gm..

boleh bagi idea???
