vista tak bis yer?
best tu best, banyak apps boleh runs, it's funs using windows, kalau users jenis tweakers like me <- pe pe ntah... tapi i dok jugak pikir RM980 untuk Home Premium Windows Vista & kalau nak live care RM186 Setahun.. kalau OSX dalam RM370 cam tu jer lagi satu kalau lesen yang second lagi murah.. kekadang dalam RM seratus lebih dah dapat..antivirus & spyware kit tak yah beli.. so bila i fikir balik better i gunakan OS X than vista while maintain pakai my windows XP for another years.. since living in boleh land is hard and the price keeps hiking up...
mac hardware nyer mahal makes me think nak beli new core 2 duo or buyying refurbished G5, windows vista i tak nak beli lagi, sebab terlalu mahal, bagi i rasa nak fork out 980 tu bukan senang, since i housewives with kids lagi.. and kena spend wisely..
so tgh dalam dilemma nie, maybe akan purchase mini with 1GB RAM, dual boot OS X with XP or ReactOS (maybe kalau ada duit nanti i get vista basic or kalau tetiba kaya jap i'll get vista home premium)
so kalau ikut soalan u 2, sorry bebel laks.. Windows Vista pun best, & OS X pun best pakai, so for me dedua best.. cuma OS X nie cepat sket laa, windows (without hardware upgrade) makin lama makin slow & improved bila update... OS X (without hardware upgrade) makin lama makin cepat & Improved bila update its kernel...

kalau aku beli computer bukan sebab nak run certain operating system. (e.g. upgrade computer sebab nak pakai vista)
selagi program yg aku nak pakai boleh disupport oleh operating system tu, takde sebab aku nak upgrade. |

Setuju ... aku pun dah 2 bulan bertukar arah kepada Mac OS. Aku beli iMac 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo dan PowerBook G4 1.8 GHz. Sejak menggunakannya aku dah tk payar fikir pasal virus, reboot, compuer hanging dsb. Yg paling aku suka bila aku bukak jer cover PowerBook tu ... terus Mac OS terpapar dengan semua kerja2 yg aku tinggalkan sebelumnya. Tk payah nak Standby atau Hibernate...
Best giler... |

Kat bawah tu dock... tu part of OSX nyer desktop.
Kalau untuk PC, ada freeware and shareware.
RK Launcher Freeware
RocketDock Freeware
MobyDock Freeware
Y'z Dock Freeware
ObjectDock Shareware |

Mmg dia ada sleep function tapi utk Powerbook tk yah nak 'sleep' ... tutup jer cover dia. Bila nk guna balik bukak jer cover semua terpapar semula. |

i think that function is set as default in powerbook. you can disable it. so, basically same as pc.

Betul sama mcm PC, but if you haven't see n try iBook, MacBook or Powerbook then go n try close its cover and after a while open it back. Then you will see how different the way those notebooks respond compare to Windows based. |

well, response time is completely different subject than talking about the sleep feature. you're talking about sleep feature, not sleep response time. so, that's what everybody's responding by.
kalau nak compare response time, semua laptop tak sama. sama macam comparing pintu semua kereta... ada yang bagus dan ada yang tak berapa bagus. but, it's still a door and most cars have them.
i have G5 powerbook and love it. but, i love pc too.

If u love tweking n modding like Minah_Flunky said then Windows surely is a winner. And I do have Fujitsu Notebook as well which I dah tweak and change it apperance n make it look like a Vista. Yess .. PC has some strenght too and its all depends on individual preferences. But for me, I luv Mac stability n it does make me more productive bcoz not much tweaking i can do. Basically it saves my time everytime i'm sitting in front of it. |
