keras? errr....u canai nipis sgt kot...?

yg sayer wat tu saya canai tader la nipis sgt....

pastu masa masak tu mmg kuali kena panas.....biar nmpk kuali tu ada asap2 skit.....and then make sure chapati tu menggelembung masa masak bila kita tekan2 kat tepi chapati tu....

tp....saya pon bukan pandai sgt ....hehehe....

Seperti yg Hairanaz tulis... masa canai tu jangan canai terlalu nipis sangat.  Kuali(pan) yg di guna mestilah betul betul panas. Awak boleh test dgn sprinkle sedikit tepung keatas kuali tu, kalau tepung tu tukar color dgn cepat maknanya ia telah ready.  KAlau kuali tu tak ready, roti akan jadi keras and tak menggelembung,

You can always reduce the heat when you find the the roti is burning(terlebih bakar.. hitam hitam) and later increase it again.

tp sher ikut resepi chef zam tu kat tv.

die gune tepung atta,garam,majerin,air sikit.
pan tu memang panas pn.

sedih kak,ank buah pn xnk mkn

kak,tepung atta tu kene campur dgn tepung gandum sikit ke? maaf bertanye..

adushh sedap tul nampaknya... nak try gak lah ... keema daging + sardin la kot lawannya - harap kl buat menjadi lah capati tu.. kl tak jadik.. lauk tu mkn dgn roti ler or beli je capati kat kedai ler gamaknyer huhuhu
