maisya pun dah simpan lama resepi tu baru haritu akhirnya buat jugak maklang...

sebenarnya haritu dah nak give up buat sebab sponge cake yg maisya buat tu bantat le plak... (Nanti maisya bubuh gambo kek yg bantat tu, ada lagi simpan...nak buang sayang plak) .Ingat dah malas nak buat tapi sebab haritu birthday hubby so kenalah buat jugak...Lepas tu buat guna resepi swiss roll je dan bakar guna loyang oven tu so dapat le kek yg lebar dan nipis. Bahagi 3 kek tu then layerkan.

Maisya tak pernah makan pandan layer cake ni so dok imagine layer custard tu lembut cam custard...tapi maybe sebab ada guna serbuk agar-agar dlm resepi tu so bahagian custard tu rasa cam agar-agar ...lain from my expectation.

kak maisya letak dlm mangkuk aiskrim tu ker..lawalah plak..nanti nk try buh cam gitu gak ler..kek akak mmg cantik dan kemas jer..

kadang-kadang kalau malas pakai pisau panjang, untuk layering.....ambil pisau nipis yang tajam, cucuk hingga sekurang-kurangnya sampai tengah-tengah dan jalankan pisau sambil pusing kek....

1.kalu guna santan lam kotak saje x leh ke?pastuh cmpur ngan air skit?leceh ah gune kelapa..mls nk gi kait..hihihihihihihi


2.jus pandan tuh mksudnya daun pandan dikisar skali dgn air lepas tuh baru tapis dan buangkan sisanya???cmtuh aje kerr???


3.Apa beza pandan juice dan pandan extract tuh?????

for 1 - selalunya I use pandan kotak saja (campur air if too thick); i like knorr.....
for 2 - exactly macam tu, but i usually use pandan paste saja kalau tak ada pandan; add water as needed..........
