aku na ktanye, xtvt crunch ker,sit up,pumping n etc, pernafasan main bantai jer ker?soalan yg rasanya budak2 gi gym bleh jawap

dulu slalu gak aerobik kat stadium tun fatimah, tapi biler dah kerja kat kl, mmg tak arrr.nak masuk gym kat midvalley, mahalnyer
