so sapa2 yg dah terbeli area puncak alam don't worry la
utk investment mmg berbaloi
kalau UiTM tu dah start operasi....harga rumah area tu mmg akan naik mendadak

i tak beli kat puncak alam, tp beli kat area bukit kapar & meru
umah semi-d...dulu masa beli 150k skrg x dpt harga tu
i keje kat PJ...so far xder masalah pegi keje
lalu highway puncak alam
tol pun cuma singgit & leh sampai opis kul 7.30 lagi
tp ngan syarat kuor rumah 6.45 la utk elak jem kat PJ

bila umah u siap....? ..me x sabar nk tunggu umah siap....maklum laaa...baru first time beli umah.....

umah semi-d...dulu masa beli 150k skrg x dpt harga tu
i keje kat PJ...so far xder masalah pegi keje
lalu highway puncak alam


highway...tu x jem ke pagi2 kalau me dari jln meru x jauh ke nk masuk ke highway punck alam tu??

berapa kena ada duit lam poket aaa kalau nak beli umah dlm 150k? permulaan...berapa? dan bila nk dpt kunci plak? bg la sket tips..tgh berkira2 nak beli umah kat bukit raja tuh tapi takut plak x cukup cash in hand.......

ermmm dari pengalaman la kan.....

kalau u nak beli umah lets say la 150K mcm u kata tu kan. u kene ader duit:

1) duit downpayment paling dalam 15K la (utk 10% d/payment sbb loan bese 90% to 95%.. kalau dpt 100% alhamdulillah la... x yah kuar down payment)...

2) duit lawyer S&P dalam dalam 2K or 3K (baper % dari rege umah x ingat la)

3) biler dah siap nak amik kunci... kene lg la bayo.. maintenance la aper la... dalam 3K - 4K lebih kurang la...

5) nak masuk umah.. kene renovate... pasang kabinet la.. bla2... 10K above paling murah.......

gitu la.... lebih kurang....

Saya pon beli umah kat Bukit Raja. Saya beli yg "Impresa" punyer. Minggu lepas ada gak jenjalan kat area construction, diaorg ckp umah saya dah 80% siap. Huh.. tak sabar gak nak tggu umah siap ni..

uih sek 7 tu cepat betoi membangun last 4 years masa bujang umah aprtment/flat kat situ leh dapat dlm 80K ja skang jgn harap beb.....

aiseymen..lum cukup lagik la nih..setakat d/payment jer br cukup nih ...klau leh dpt 100% loan ok la..tapi leh ka apply 100%?

leh la cuba mohon 100%... bese dia bg % loan tu base on ur income.... kalau byk byk la % loan tu......

aku pun pelik nape org ckp tertipu beli umah kat puncak alam & kawasan sekitarnye...sape kate takde uitm kat situ? jgn dengar2 khabar angin...tgk sendiri dgn mata kepala sendiri baru buat conclusion...

dulu aku dok puncak perdana (otw nak ke puncak alam kalo dari kg melayu subang) apartment sebelah uitm 2, mmg la kampus tu kecik sbb tampung 2 courses aje tapi, to me yg sukakan nature yg aman damai mmg suke sgt la kawasan tu. dulu aku keje kat glenmarie, tiap2 pagi kluo umah, berkabus je kawasan tu, best gile......
