semalam buat lagi cheesecake sbb cikgu my daughter dtg nak ambil report card dia. so jamu cheesecake je le.. dia kata sedapnya mcm cheesecake Sara Lee yg beli kat supermarket tu..

samalah Cup pun nak tanya kebanyakan "acuan pie" (betul kaa) yg jumpa kat BWY or JJ, Sogo semua nyer dindingnya tak tinggi..faham ker nih..

cheesecake ni MEMANG the best ever yg i penah buat. sebabnya, i did another one this weekend masa balik kg.. and mereka kata dlm banyak2 cheesecake yg i buat so far, this is the VERY VERY BEST ONE..semua bg thumbs up.

sebabnya maybe biskut base nya sedap n bila buat guna acuan loyang pie tu, bila potong, biskutnya banyak sampai tepi. so depa memang suka sgt makan, sekejap aja lah dah abis kena adap. berebut2 lagi tu.

for info, from now on i dah start buat base ciskek guna biskut OATMEL JACOBS.. satu packs yg harga RM2.50 tu, cukup utk satu loyang pie ni.

ni adunan siap utk dibakar;


ni siap isi dlm tupperware nak bw blk kg. masih dlm acuan to safeguard bentuknya.

dear,
pasal loyang pie tu, i really have to give creditssss to cikna_99 n forum cari (FnR) bod ni, sbb dr bod ni le dpt tuai ilmu masak cheesecakes yg before this i was never confident to bake my own one. Cikna pula w/pun tak kenal, x penah bersua muka tp kat dia le i kirim loyang pie ni. budi baikmu ku kenang selamanya hehe..

memang very convenient guna loyang pie ni, x payah nak alas dgn alum foil, just apply butter sikit je. bila dah masak, dah sejuk,just tolak loyang tu ke atas.. and there u r... the marvellous cheesecakes utk di nikmati.

yg best tu pasal buat base sampai ke tepi mcm pai. so bila potong, memang sedap makan ciskek dgn base nya banyak sampai ke tepi. yum yum..

cikna, what else can i say.. terhutang budi dgn cikna pasal sanggup tolong beli n poskan loyang ni dulu.
memang jadi motivasi betul nak buat ciskek skg ni sbb dah pandai buat yg sedap2, either chilled or baked one..
memang guna loyang ni.. rasa mcm nak order lg satu nak wat spare..
