biasanya orang tak tumis sambal tu, sumbat jer terus kat ikan, nanti ikan tu pun nak digoreng jugakkan.

Yup.. betul kata maisya..
kenalah masak dulu the sambal at least (akak selalu buat 1/2 cook).. kalau mentah2 nanti masa mengoreng ikan.. nanti ikan kat luar masak..  sambal yg di sumpat tu akan rasa mentah.

Hari tu saya bakar chicken wings dlm oven. Saya perap chicken wings dgn garam, ketumbar, bawang putih, lada & gula apong. Bila dah masak, memang sedap. Lupa nak ambik gambar.

baru-baru ni masa kak nonie datang umah kakliza kami buat BBQ..






AYAM BAKAR BBQ

bahan A:
1 ekor ayam [potong 8]

Bahan B [Mesin Halus]
3 cm halia
3 batang serai
3 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah
1 s/b lada hitam
3 biji cili merah [jika suka]

Bahan C
1 s/b kicap
1 s/b garam
2 s/b madu/gula
kunyit serbuk
minyak + serai yg diketukkan [buat renjis sikit]

sayuran hiasan: salad..timun..tomato

Cara:
1. Gaulkan semua bahan dan perapkan pada ayam selama 3 atau 4 jam.
2. Bakarkan ayam dalam oven suhu 200'C selama 30 minit
3. Renjiskan sikit minyak dengan serai yg diketuk.
4. Pusing/terbalikkan ayam supaya masak sehingga masak kedalam isi.
5. Bila sudah masak...hidangkan dengan salad..tomato..timun..
6. Makan dengan pencicah sos mengikut kesukaan sendiri.

NOTA:
jika nak buat BBQ..keluarkan ayam dan bakar ditempat dapur arang BBQ...
kalau nak lagi cepat masak BBQ tu.. masukkan semua bahan [ayam dan bahan perapan tu] dalam kuali dan tutup. Biarkan mendideh dengan bahan perapan tu.]



SOS LADA HITAM

Bahan
1 s/b serbuk lada hitam
2 s/b tepung jagung ]
1 cawan air ] bancuhkan
2 s/b sos tomato
1 s/b kicap pekat
1 ulas bawang putih [cincang halus]
1 labi bawang besar bombay [cincang halus]
1 s/b butter

Cara.
1. Panaskan butter dan tumiskan bawang putih dan bawang besar sehingga layu.
2. Masukkan semua bahan lain dan akcau sampai mendideh dan pekat.
3. Bila mendideh, tuangkan dalam mangkuk dan sediakan sayuran dan ayam untuk hidangan.

resepi ayam bbq madu yg akak selalu mudah jer....

kisaran halia & bawang putih
kicap cair
madu secukupnya

just marinate  ayam tadi dgn halia, bawang putih dan kicap - biarkan sebentar.
kemudian masukkan madu dan biarkan selama 10 - 15 minit sebelum membakar.
masa membakar tu... sapukan lebihan sos dari perapan tadi...

cuti merdeka baru ni kkaliza masak..









AYAM BAKAR

bahan A:
1 ekor ayam [1.5 kg berat]

Bahan B [Mesin Halus]
3 cm halia
3 batang serai
3 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah
1 s/b lada hitam
3 biji cili merah [jika suka]

Bahan C
1 s/b kicap
1 s/b garam
2 s/b madu/gula
kunyit serbuk

sayuran hiasan:
salad..timun..tomato
kentang [hiriskan setbal 1/2 cm]

Cara
1. Ayam dibbersihkan dan toskan kering.
2. Perapkan semua bahan bersama ayam selama beberapa jam.
3. Masukkan ayam yg telah direpakan dan kentang hiris dalam loyang dan bakar pada suhu 200'C selama 30 minit.
4. Terbalikkan kedudukan ayam dan bakar lagi selama 30 mint.
5. Alihkan ayam dalam pinggan yg telah disediakan salad.
6. Susun kentang dan tomatao keliling ayam.
7. Siramkan kuah ayam badan ayam dan hidangkan bersama sos cendawan alda hitam dan coleslaw.
