kalau tak salah me, laki pinksarah beli rumah cash....
ala..beli cash masa tu bukan mahal benar pun pasal properties lain jauh lebih mahal..
klu nak ikut area yg i beli tu lah,psl terrace house second hand area situ pun ada yg dh makan juta2 rm...
sorry TT,i x reti nak nasihat pakai loan..
tp,if you dh ada target dan dh dpt rumah yg u suka,x kira lah besar ke kecik and u target nk beli cash go ahead..
afterall,properties ni x rugi beli..
yg rugi beli mahal2 kereta..hehehehe

TT aku nak menumpang tanya gak dalam thread ni. Kalau kawasan KL, PJ yang mature are selalunya rumah/apartment/kondo ni selalunya leasehold.. setengah tempat lease hold ni dah tinggal 30-40 tahun maybe ada yg kurang. persoalannya berapa premium atau cukai pintu kena bayar ye?
para forumer yg otai, mohon jawap ye...

Meh sini aku nak story kat ko ttg realiti idop..since ko kata ko pompan baru nak idop..
1. keta ko dpt free dari famili..
Tu keta age berapa tahun..? keta tua @ muda..? Kalo keta tua..sila standy loan/cash utk beli baru..
kot-kot nanti enjin keta ko mampus tgh2 KL dlm masa 3/4 tahun lagi....
2. Umah apartment sekangkang kera yg ko nak beli tu anngaran luas berapa kaki..? kalo apartment luas bwh 1000sft ianya amat sempit dan tidak selesa..dah beranak pinak sok..ko tau la cemana rasanya idop dlm umah yg sempit...
Kalo ko nak beli jugak apt tengah KL..sila amik 1000sft ++...baru la ko tak nyesal seumur idop...
3. Bila dah beli apt tengah KL sok...jgn merungut bab parking keta tau...bertabah la segala bila keta kena blok...
dan kuatkan semangat utk berangkut brg segala dari keta ke umah di blok 3A..tingkat 5 UMLESS..
KALO KO DOK APARTMENT HIGH FACILITY..tapi kena pikir jugak kalo famili ko nak dtg kena parking kat luar..& jgn merungut kat guard kalo keta tak bole msk dlm...
4. Bertabah jugak utk baya kos memtenance yg tinggi..
kalo takat aptment biasa jer..bertabah dgn persekitaran yg biasa2 jer...
5. Sila juga bertabah untuk sama-sama stay dgn foreiner yg selalunya akan cari apt utk stay...
kalo ko beli KONDO maybe jiran ko adalah expartraite..kalo ko beli apt biasa..maybe jiran ko adalah warga aprika..ka..ka..ka.. |

LANTAK KORANG LA. MALAS AKU LAYAN.
Aku tanya pasal pasal cara2 elak interest la wei. orang lain paham, napo ko tak paham. dulu uni selalu ponteng erk.
Keta tua la. Family aku tak kaya nak bagi kereta baru. Aku balik Malaysia tahun lepas, sebagai bodekkan untuk balik Malaysia, parents bagi hadiah kereta diorang, sebab diorang nak beli kete baru. so dapat la aku keta lama diorang, Persona tahun 2011.
1000sft ianya amat sempit dan tidak selesa..dah beranak pinak sok..ko tau la cemana rasanya idop dlm umah yg sempit...
Kalo ko nak beli jugak apt tengah KL..sila amik 1000sft ++...baru la ko tak nyesal seumur idop...
thanks erk pasal ni. so far aku single lagi. tapi masa di London dan Sydney, dah biasa aku sewa flat dan unit yang kecik. aku dah biasa kot. tapi dah kahwin nanti tak tahula.
Aku tak tgk lagi pasal2 parking ni, again ko terkeluar tajuk. aku tanya pasal loan. tapi so far rumah yang aku tgk rumah mmg ada designated covered car park. so tak da hal. again ko terkeluar tajuk. aku tak yah suruh ko pikirkan pasal parking aku. yang aku jahil is pasal loan.
pasal maintenance pun ko tak yah risaukan. aku tak tanya pun penda[at pasal tu. aku sekarang pun duk apartment, aku tahula pasal maintenance rate ni.
pasal jiran, mmg diluar kawalan aku. tapi selama 7 tahun merantau aku dah biasa jer duduk berjiran dengan orang pelbagai bangsa.

TT ko ni emo.....kalu ko bijak ko leh refer forum kt lowyat.net...bicara jutawan...tu few forum aku suggest..sbm aku bt loan umah 400k aku study abis2...zmn la zmn it..maklumat diujung jari ja...aku rasa bnya komen yg diberi oleh forumer2 bnyak yg btoi...aku tgk tt ni cam emo...sory to sayla...ni realti kehidupanla....jgn ko rasa ko gaji 8 k 10 k ko dah rs hebat......ko blm tau masa2 akan dtg..ada masa kita akan tergolek..ni realti...aku dah tempuh smua tu..........jd ringasnya kalu ko xmau intrst gila2 ko benci hutang ko simpan duit ko...biar bayr cash...abis cite..xpun ko bt pinjaman kt FAMA mak saudara ko yg kaya raya...senang cite.......
