ni baked cheesecake tu yg buat sama for hubby birthday. yg ni plak resipi kak noormasri kek keju gebu tu. rasanya ada ala-ala new york cheesecake kat secret recipe tu kan. tp kita wat topping. konon nak drizzle dgn coklat cair tu tp terpotong bucu plastic besar so coklat tu jadi melimpah2 n deco jadi x berapa cantik. kalo halus lagi cantik agaknye.

ORIGINAL NEW YORK CHEESECAKE

Bahan-bahan:
Base
1 1/2 cup oreo crumbs
1/4 cup butter - melted
Filling
4 x 250gm cream cheese at room temp
1 2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 Tbps pure vanilla extract
2 extra-large eggs
3/4 cup heavy/whipping cream
Method:
Base
Combine crumbs + melted butter. Tekan dalam loyang, chilled sementara sediakan filling.
wrap outside springfoam pan dgn aluminium all the way up the sides.
Filling
1. Pukul 1 ketul cream cheese, 1/3 cup gula (dr 1 2/3 cup tu) and cornstartch dgn kelajuan perlahan until creamy, about 3 mins. scraping down the bowl several times
2. Blend in the remaining cream cheese, 1 ketul dalam satu masa, beating well after each addition.
3. Masukkan baki gula dan vanilla, pukul sebati. Increase speed to medium
4. Masukkan telur satu persatu, beating well after adding each one. Pukul sebati.
5. Masukkan cream, beat until just blended. Be carefull not to OVERMIX. nanti crack!!!!
6. Tuang kedalam crust yang dah ready.
7. Bakar secara water bath, 180C for about 1 1/4hours.
8. Bila dah masak, sejukkan atas wire rack. Bila dah sejuk baru chilled for at least 4hrs preferably overnight.
9. Kalau nak deco, deco la dengan kretiviti sendiri. Dalam gambar tu saya guna strawberry filling.
Untuk Separuh Resepi
2 x 250gm cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 extra-large eggs
1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
Method sama dgn di atas
Note:
1. untuk dlm gambar saya guna 1kg cream cheese.
2. whipping cream saya beli yg kotak kecik brand emborg 200ml. saya belasah je semua semua belen skit sgt.
3. Telur saya guna 3 biji sebab telur kecik
4. Actually semua resepi Junior's guna sponge cake sebagai base, tapi saya malas nak bancuh adunan.
5. Saya guna loyang 23cm

assalamualaikum..nk tanya soalan yg agak keluar tajuk sket ni..
kalo kita wat kek ke,cupcake ke,kdg2 tgk resepi ada yg pakai mixer utk pukul butter ngan telur tu.
tp,kalo resepi tu guna minyak sayur ke,takyah guna mixer.kaco ngan whisk je pon cukup.
so,nk tanya,apa beza 2 resepi ni.cara mana yg membuatkan kek jd sedap lg? |

next time nak cuba buat layering dgn bhgn coklatnya nak guna resepi zaima or bebop n kukus instead..yg bakar ni a bit dry lah tho rasanya sedap..

Cup pun dah pernah buat kek marble cheese ni tapi seperti u cakap mmg a bit dry..lepas tu my mom pergilah buat sedikit modification on the resipi..tak guna self rising flour, tapi guna tepung gandum and ada penggunaan susu pekat juga..so mmg kek jadi moist..resipi tak ingat pulakkk.. |
