Red nak tya sikit..problem ni slalu jd kat Red..
Harap semua yg ada kat sini leh tlg Red...

Red cb wat kek nestum..da 3 kali..tp maslahnya sama..bl Red bakar..luar semua elok je..tp bl potong..separuh bahagian bwh/atas rupa cam bengkang..separuh lg cam kek..3-3 kali jd camtu...nape ek..dan Red rs kek yg Red gn susu/susu cair semua jd camtu..

tapi Red wat plain butter cake bepop..bakar suhu yg sama..sejam..tp jd elok je..

ada sapa2 leh tlg x..nape kek yg Red gn susu cair selalu jd camtu???
mnta tlg sesgt..sedih lerr bl potong kek tgk2 jd camtu..pastu kena perli plak..:( :(

most probably masa pukul butter & eggs, adunan sudah berair......
untuk mengelakkan bantat or macam bingka....... beat dengan fast speed sekejap saja, then turunkan speed to low hingga to very slow, may take 20 to 30 mins......

Red slalu pukul kejap je..about 5-10 mins..

setelah kita pukul adunan tu nampak gebu, very smooth (tidak pecah-pecah), warna pale, very ringan, tidak jadi cair atau mengandungi air di bawahnya.....
pukul at slow speed saja sebab kalau tak adunan tu pecah ........

Red mmg slalu gn slow speed je...tp nape bl wat kek yg tak gn susu/susu cair ok je...bl guna je sure jd camtu..

kalau gn susu/susu cair/telur..kena suhu bilik or terus kuar dr peti ais je..

iman wat kek pun selalu jadi gini...yg melibatkan cecair...atas ok kat bawah jadi cam bengkang...kenapa?
tp klau marble kek tak pernah pulok jagi gini...

Alrite atas request Ninoz, saya repaste recipe Kek Kacang yg amat simple & murah budgetnya.


Kek Kacang

Bahan2nya
3/4 gelas mentega
8 biji telur
Gula sama bnyk dgn telur
2 sudu makan tepung
Kacang tanah digoreng tanpa minyak & ditumbuk (slm 1/4 kg or lebih sikit)

Cara2 membuatnya:
Mentega & gula dipukul sampai kembang. Baru masuk telur, tepung & kacang & pukul sampai rata. Bakar dlm oven hingga masak.

PS. Yg bwh kek warna-warni tu kek kacang. Yg sebelah tu Kek Madu Kemenyan. Gelas tu guna gelas kaca yg transparent & yg medium-sized punya.

Guna gelas yg mcm ni.

tapi skarang gelas tu dah pupus

Yalah memang gelas yg org selalu guna utk kenduri ttp yg medium-sized. Kan ada yg big, medium & small-sized. So guna yg medium je.

Yg gelas letak gula tu saya tak tau pulak. Tak pernah nampak kat sini.
