ohhh..guna yg medium size yer..thanks..

Gelas yg letak gula tu gelas yg sama juga tapi selalunyer derang guna size yg paling kecil..dulu2 masa Cup tinggal kat Ipoh kalau ada kematian mmg tuan rumah akan bagi benda tu diikat dgn saputangan..

Kak Ninoz, thanks for the madeline recipe...ni mmg fav i...dulu mak slalo buat tp few years back buku resepi dia hilang..sampai skang i dah tak mkn kek tu..anyway, kek ni ada acuan ke? camne acuan die ek? coz dulu mak buat dlm loyan kek biasa...

alamak tak perasan pulak dakmama tanya resipi kek ni..
Ni dia resipi Strawberry Crunch Cake..di ambil dr My Resipi..resipi oleh Tulip77

Bahan-bahan ( loyang 9" )
200gm strawberry - potong kecil
175gm butter
175gm tepung naik sendiri
175gm gula halus
3biji telur
50gm serbuk hazelnut
1sb susu segar
1st strawberry emulco
*** Bahan Hiasan ***
strawberry
sedikit badam
sedikit walnut
Cara-cara Ayak tepung dan ketepikan.
Satukan serbuk kacang hazelnut dengan tepung, gaul gunakan sudu.
Butter dan gula dipukul hingga kembang & putih.
Masukkan telur satu persatu lalu diikuti dengan strawberry emulco.
Masukkan pula susu segar sambil terus memukul adunan.
Masukkan adunan tepung dan serbuk hazelnut sikit demi sedikit, pukul dengan kelajuan minima.
Dengan menggunakan spatula,masukkan strawberry dan gaul rata.
Siapkan loyang yang dioles dengan mentega. Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang tadi. Tabur permukaan dgn hirisan badam dan walnut serta porongan strawberry. (yg ni sy tak buat,hias lepas kek dah masak)
Bakar pada suhu 160degree selama 1jam & 20minit atau sehingga kek masak.
*** saya bahagi adunan dalam 2 bekas, jadi masa membakar cuma 45minit.

hai bebop..aku dah try resipi mu tuh..mmg best sgt!!gebus je kek aku neh..tgk resipi mcm sempoi je tp hasilnya mmg marbelesssss...ayah aku ckp sedap dari kedai lg..hehehee..aku wat cam ala2 kek marble..gabungan putih dan coklat gitu..

sorry pic x dok yer..aku paka enset komang jerr..kamera pulak dah berabad lamanya rosak dok terperuk dlm laci je..huhuhuhu

kalo nak buat resipi bebop tu, nak tambah filling blueberry, bahan original dia kena krgkan apa2 tak...

pastu nak letak filling tu camna plak...letak selang seli dgn adunan original tu ke...

korang.. first time i try Kek Mentega Elite ni.. wow sedapnya, first time menjadikla, rasa dia ada mcm butter cake yg Silverbird nye tu.. cayalah.. i bg sikit bbsitter.. dia kata sume dlm rumah dia kata macam kek kedai la.. wow

mlm td i try kek butter ni..bile u mention resipi dr myresipi.

mmg sdp..gebu..tp i punya kurang moist..
yg muskhil ms 1st adun ant tepung+butter+susu tepung(Bhn A)..resipi note pukul sebati.
  i nk tanya u, u pukul guna ape..sbb ms i nk pkul tu confuse sikit..rasa gelabah jugk betul@x..
sbb dh campur semua bhn ni..adunan tu dh nk rupa pastry..i tawakal...lps pkul telor(Bhn B)
dh kembang cmpur bhn B dhn bhn A. ambk ms ms gaul sbb nmpk bintil2..last2 i guna mixer
speed perlahan kasi hilang bintil2..

  ms tbakar tawakal..
taraaaa.....mjd jugk w/pun terhangit bwh, pg ni bf dgn kek butter sdpp..bwh yg hangit tu i
ptong.

* x reti tempek gambar.
buang.kasi bbysiter dia ckp..cntik..cm sdp je
