Best Aglio Olio so far pernah rasa. Available kat dome cafe (KLCC, Glenegales). Cawangan lain tak sure rasa sama macam ni tak.

ada tambahan sket je...

Mula2 tumiskan bwng putih,masukkan ayam dan lada hitam...pastu masukkan sos,keju dan sayur..tu je..

Antara makanan itali yg jd feberet sy ialah pesto fusilli. Pesto ialah sejenis sos pasta mentah yg dibuat drpd bhn2 ringkas spt daun basil, bawang putih, parmesan cheese, kacang dan minyak zaitun yg ditumbuk/dikisar sehingga lumat pastu boleh dimkn dgn ape2 jenis pasta, dijadikan sapuan roti, pizza, salad dan mcm2 lg. Dlm resepi yg nk kongsikan ni sy tak pakai daun basil dan cheese sbb mahal, jd sy ganti dgn daun ketumbar je, tp rasenye tetap tiptop!



Pesto daun ketumbar (cilantro/coriander)

Bahan2

Daun ketumbar - 2 ikat (ambik bhg daun dan btg yg lembut je)
Aneka jenis kacang yg tak bergaram - 80g (sy pakai campuran kacang badam dan gajus)
Bawang putih - 3 ulas
Extra virgin olive oil - 200-250ml
Limau nipis - 3 biji diambil jusnye
Garam - 1 1/2 sudu teh

Caranya - goreng kacang tanpa minyak atau bakar dlm microwave dulu pastu satukan semua bhn2 dan dikisar halus, buh dlm botol kaca dan simpan dlm peti sejuk bagi tahan lama.

Besenye sy rebus pasta dgn cendawan dan sdikit garam, pastu toskan dan gaul terus dgn sos pesto dan lada hitam kasar. Resepi yg mudah, sihat dan berkhasiat, mmg terangkat lah!



sorrylah lighting kat rumah tak cantik, sy tepekkan gmbr yg cilok dari tenet utk santapan mata semua ye...

Mushroom Alfredo - mudah, cepat dan sedap!

Bahan2

Pasta - cukup utk 2-3 org
Campbell's Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup - 1 tin
Air masak
Cendawan segar - 1 paket, dihiris
Garam
Susu tepung - 3 sudu besar
Lada hitam kasar - 1/2 sudu kecil
Italian seasoning - 1 sudu kecil (pakai yg dah siap atau buat sendiri, sila rujuk Italian Seasoning Recipe)

Caranya

- rebus pasta dgn sdikit garam
- dlm periuk yg lain, masukkan 1 tin Campbell's Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup dan 3/4 tin air masak (pekat atau cair ikut kesukaan anda)
- masukkan susu tepung, lada hitam kasar, Italian seasoning dan 1 sudu kecil garam, panaskan dan gaul rata.
- apabila sup dah mula menggelegak, masukkan hirisan cendawan dan gaul sehingga masak.
- toskan pasta, gaul dgn sos Alfredo dan sedia dihidangkan.  



Berbeza dgn resepi yg lain, resepi ni tak pakai cheese langsung jd sgt sehsuai utk mrk yg jaga diet. Kalo takde susu tepung, boleh gantikan air masak dgn susu segar.

Hi bonita. Yes they do have gnocci, ravioli and risotto. Their gnocci is ok but never tried their risotto. You may visit their website

hi semua...smlm saya baru first time wat lasagna. baca kt cni la mmg semangat sgt nk wat (aiseh ...gambar ader dlm hp hubby).. tp ader few problems cket even rasa dia mmg superb (hehehe satu family puji hehe)..nk tny otai2, kakak2 and kwn2 sume pasal lasagna saya nih..:
1. layer yg atas skali jd keras..camne nk bgtau ek? layer2 yg bwh2 tuh sume ok jek..tp yg atas skali nih yg covered dgn segala mala cheese jd mcm keras (leh nmpk mcm meleding je hujung2 dia)..still leh mkn tp dia jd mcm rangup yg tak rangup la..camne ek nk bg dia lembut je?
2. white sauce jd mcm berketul2...huhu camne nk cairkan? dh bubuh susu pon dia tak jd "banjir" pon..nk jd kan dia byk sbb sedapp huhuhu

cuba jawab masalah awak ni ya.

1. mungkin over baked or suhu oven tinggi.
2. cara mudah buat white sauce - 600 ml fresh milk + 3 sudu besar tepung gandum + serbuk lada hitam, campurkan sekali ke dalam blender dan blend sehingga sebati. panaskan butter, masukkan bahan tadi dan kacau sebati menggunakan hand whisk. gunakan api sederhana untuk. kacau sehingga pekat.

Creamy Tomato & Bean Pasta

Bahan2

Pasta - cukup utk 2 org
Kacang panggang TST/Ayam Brand 230g - 1 tin
Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup - 1 tin
Air masak - 1/2 tin (cair atau pekat ikut suke)
Cendawan butang - 1 tin, dihiris
Pes tomato - 2 sudu besar
Garam - 3/4 sudu kecil
Susu tepung - 3 sudu besar
Lada hitam kasar - 1 atau 1/2 sudu kecil
Italian seasoning - 1 sudu kecil

Caranya

- rebus pasta dgn sdikit garam
- dlm periuk yg lain, masukkan Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup, air, kacang panggang dan cendawan butang.
- masukkan pes tomato, susu tepung, lada hitam kasar, Italian seasoning dan garam, panaskan dan gaul rata sehingga menggelegak.
- toskan pasta, gaul dgn sos dan sedia dihidangkan.

welcom bonita. Another place you should try is Dome. Try their Aglio Olio Beef. Their's is the best so far.

makaroni goreng

Bahan-bahan ( 4 ORANG )

A:-
200 gm Makaroni
2 sudu besar minyak
Sedikit garam
Air secukupnya
B:-
1 biji bawang besar - dipotong dadu
4 ulas bawang putih - dipotong dadu
2 tangkai daun kari
1 camca biji sawi
C:-
2 pek perencah bihun goreng
1 sudu besar serbuk kari - dibancuh dengan sedikit air
100 gm daging ayam - dipotong dadu
1 1/2 sudu besar kicap pekat
1 ketul kiub pati ayam
3 pokok daun sawi - dipotong panjang
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Bawang goreng, daun kari dan cili untuk hiasan
Cara-cara

A:- Masukkan air ke dalam periuk dan masak sehingga mendidih, masukkan pula makaroni, minyak dan garam. Rebus hingga empuk, toskan dan ketepikan.
B:- Panaskan minyak masak di dalam kuali, tumis kesemua bahan sehingga kekuningan.
C:- Masukkan pes perencah bihun bersama serbuk kari, tumis sampai pecah minyak.
Tamabahkan daging ayam dan goreng selam 2-3 minit.
Masukkan kicap pekat, serbuk pati ayam, makaroni dan daun sawi. Kemudian, masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa. Gaul selama 5minit sampai mesra.
Bolehlah dihidangkan, hias dengan bawang goreng, daun kari dan hirisan cili merah.
