kek keju blueberi


200gm blueberi
6 keping biskut kraker
3 sudu makan mentega | dicairkan
15gm yogurt asli
175gm krim keju
25gm gula kastor
1 biji telor
1 sudu makan tepung gandum
1 biji lemon | ambil jusnya

cara²nya

- hancurkan biskut bersama mentega yg dicairkan
- masukkan dlm bekas bakar dan mampatkan utk dijadikan lapisan bawah kek nanti.
- campurkan dlm satu bekas lain krim keju bersama telur, tepung,
gula dan yogurt. gaul hingga sebati.
- masukkan blueberi dan gaul rata.
- tuang adunan dlm bekas adunan biskut tadi dan ratakan.
bakar dgn kaedah double boil pada suhu 180 darjah celcius
selama 25-30 minit.

kek keju coklat

bahan²

250 gm krim keju
75 gm gula pasir halus
65 gm krim tenusu
1 biji telur
100 gm coklat masakan | dicairkan
1 keping kek coklat | dipotong nipis
sedikit aising coklat utk hiasan
coklat urai warna-warni utk hiasan

cara²

1. pukul keju bersama gula sehingga sebati & tidak berketul.
2. masukkan telur & pukul rata
3. kemudian masukkan krim tenusu dan coklat masakan.
4. tuang adunan kedlm loyang yg tlh dimasukkan sekeping kek coklat tadi.
5. bakar didlm ketuhar dgn cara double boil pd suhu 100 hingga 140 darjah celcius selama sejam
6. setelah sejuk, hiaskan dgn aising dan coklat urai.

td try buat homemade cheese...jd tp alahai..2 cawan susu dpt jd cheese   lbh kurang 1 sudu besar aje...x cukup nak  buat cheese cake kene beli susu lagi ni...

hope akak enjoy making the cake yerr..kalau tak letak gelatin pun takpa, jadi macam dessert n letak tiramisu tu dlm clear dish , sedap tau..makan lembut2..kalau letak gelatin dia jadi firm so boleh potong macam kek

kalo kita nak letak topping coklat atas cheesecake, bleh guna topping choc yg resipi biasa tu ek...

pastu, time bila nak letak....lepas chill semalaman tu ke atau, lepas masak kek tu...

Hi...sy budak baru nk blajo masak cheese cake...nk tanya expert2 kt sini, klau nk masak cheese cake yg biasa bukan cotton/shoufle cheese cake, butter dgn gula kena pukul sampai kembang jugak ke atau kena pukul sampai jd foamy/bertanduk...

lagi satu, klau guna blender biasa bleh tk...nie malas nk pukul ngan tangan...

selalunya filling cheesecake tak ada butter cuma cheese, telur, gula, sour cream or dairy cream dan kadang-kadang tepung sikit.........

cheese lembutkan dulu; simpan di luar untuk beberapa ketika dan pukul hingga lembut....... setelah masukkan telur jangan lebih pukul nanti cheesecake crack......

kalau adunan cheesenya banyak macam 3 ke 4 buku; lebih baik pakai food processor atau mixer yang heavy duty.... takut nanti besinya patah....... kalau blender biasa cheesenya maybe melekat dan susah nak keluarkan unless fillingnya jenis cair.....
