hahahah... bukan ikan bilis lah. basically i pakai roti yang dah ada kismis, sunmain raisin bread. the real recipe pakai roti kosong, tambah raisin + cinnamon powder.
ni resipi asal dia:-
Ingredients
3 eggs
3 cans (12 ounces each) evaporated milk
1-1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 to 1 cup raisins
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 loaf (1 pound) unsliced bread, cubed
Directions
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add the milk, sugar, butter, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Gently stir in bread cubes.
Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 325° for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 12-16 servings.

Dah selalu tgk orang buat Apple Crumble, kali ni kita try Banana Crumble plak.....makan dgn aiskrim...mmmm....
resepi tu utk byk...maisya buat sikit je so tak berapa ikut le sukatan tu.
BANANA CRUMBLE

For the bananas:
1 bunch plantain bananas (around 16- 18 large pieces), sliced
1 C sugar
1 C water
1. Boil water and sugar together in a pot.
2. When the mixture boils, add in the sliced bananas. Boil and simmer until bananas are tender.
3. Arrange in a baking pan. (or disposable foil pan)
For the crumble:
1 C all-purpose flour
1/2 C quick-cooking oats (maisya guna nestum)
1/2 C sugar (maisya guna soft brown sugar)
1/2 C butter, softened
sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon, optional
1. Preheat oven. In a bowl, mix together flour, oats, sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. With a pastry cutter or two forks, cut the softened butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Top over the prepared bananas.
3. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven or until top is lightly browned.
4. Serve warm, topped with ice cream if preferred. |

Leftover Rice Rice Pudding

2 cups leftover cooked white rice
3 cups milk (any kind)*
1/2 cup sugar
small pinch salt
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
pinch nutmeg, optional
Combine cooked rice, milk, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer and stir in the vanilla and raisins. Cook until just about all of the milk is absorbed (30-45 minutes, depending on how absorbent your rice is). Stir in cinnamon and/or nutmeg, if using.
Divide rice pudding into individual serving dishes serve warm or chilled.
Makes 4-6 servings.
*Note: add an extra 1/2 cup of milk, if the rice seems unusually firm or dry, to make it creamier. Feel free to add a bit extra if the pudding is not as creamy as you like it. You can use nonfat, lowfat, whole or soy milk in this recipe. |

semalam ayu buat puding coklat ni... balik dari keja buat terus...
malam kul 9 leh makan dah.. sedap.. ayu tambahkan serbuk coklat bagi rasa coklat banyak. & air kosong ayu kurangkan ayu pakai susu cair... sedap... susu kat luar tu ayu pakai fresh milk... sedap sangat... nanti2 nak buat lagi kagi kat opis plak...

ni peach pudding
resepi:
1. agar-agar perasa peach - masak, bekukan, ptong kecil-kecil
2. buah peach dalam tin - potong kecil
3. gaul buah peach dan sirapnya dgn sus cair, dan agar-agar.
4. enak dihidangkan sejuk. |
