dr segi rasa, tak effect sgt kut kalo kurangkan telo sebiji, mungkin dr segi tekstur ada slight effect kut tp won't hurt much la.
coz by right, philly creamcheese yg sebuku 250gm tu memang sesuai guna 2-3 biji telur. cuma i guna 3 biji coz nak tambah volume hehe.
bab ganti sour cream dgn natural yogurt tu, definitely ada beza. coz i guess sour cream lebih pekat n masam. cheesecake yg guna sour cream berbanding yogurt akan lebih creamy rasanya.
tu pd pendapat i lah, taste bud i nih hehe
pg td baru buat lagi oreo cheesecake. kali ni i tambah grated cooking chocolate dlmnya n mixed skali dgn oreo yg dicincang halus tu.
taktau lg outcome mcmana coz i bergegas nak g keje, so bila kek dah set jek, jiggly a bit in the centre, i offkan oven n trus pecut ke office.
so balik ni baru nak tgok hasilnye hehe. |

susah sket nak cari sour cream..ada tu ada tapi besar sgt container..pestu takut masam..tapis eh? dgn kain nips lah yer..
bab telo..saya ni mmg skeptical kalau sebuku 250gm pakai telur banyak2 sgt..yelah biasa guna sebiji..ni guna berbiji2 seram jer..heheh ntah paper...tak sabar nak try buat lg..kali ni nak buat 2 lapisan..1 original atas tu ak melt kan cooking chocolate dalam batter and bake..ohh tak sabar... |

kalo banyak sgt liquid dlm batter cheesecake ni, nanti tekstur dia agak lembut kalo guna cream lebih, creamier le.
bab meng "alter" recipe ni.. memang kegemaran i hehe.
dulu kan penah la nak buat cheese brownies tu kan. alih2 cream cheese yg tinggal ada 125gm jek.. kalo buat lapisan atas brownies tu nanti nipis sgt kan, walhal i dah bancuh batter kedua2. tahu apa i buat?
i g combine kan jek dua2 adunan n bake mcm kek. alhamdulillah, sedap sgt jadinye.. tak tau nak kata recipe apa tu jadiknye hehe..

Triple-Chocolate CheesecakePrep: 30 minutes
Total: 2 hours 30 minutes, plus chilling
Ingredients- 4 bars (230gm each) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 230 gm semisweet chocolate, melted
- Chocolate Ganache, for topping
Directions- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Assemble a 9-inch springform pan with the raised side of the bottom facing down.
- In a food processor, pulse cookies until finely ground. Add butter, and pulse to moisten. Transfer to prepared pan, and press crumbs firmly and evenly into the bottom. Place pan on a rimmed baking sheet; bake 10 minutes, and set aside.
- Wipe out bowl and blade of food processor. Add cream cheese, sugar, and salt; blend until smooth. With motor running, add eggs, then sour cream, and finally chocolate; blend filling until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
- Pour filling onto crust, and bake just until set, 1 hour. Turn oven off, and let cheesecake sit 1 hour in oven, without opening (this helps prevent cracking).
- Run a thin knife around the edge of the pan (this helps prevent cracking, too); leave in pan, and cool completely on wire rack. Cover loosely and refrigerate, at least 6 hours or up to overnight.
- Prepare Chocolate Ganache. Unmold cheesecake. Spread ganache in center of cheesecake; let set before serving.
