kalau ikut my hubby nye resipi..
kicap dia tu dia blen sekali ngan udang..
dan mcm2 lagi la..
anak2 menakan dia sume suka..
dan aku tukang makan je la..

Ni resepi paste tuk buat Char Keuy Teow.......
Penang Char Kuey Teow Ni resepi paste tuk buat Char Keuy Teow.......




Bahan-bahan ( 2 org )
* UTK PASTE *
200 gm udang
250ml air
4 ulas bawang putih di ketuk
6 sb sos tiram
3 sk kicap pekat
3 sb kicap manis
1 sk petis
2 sb pati ikan bilis / pati udang
2 sk garam (kalau sos tiram masin kurangkan 1sk)
1 sk gula
* UTK MEE *
300 gm kuey teow
1 sb cili boh
kerang
sedikit kucai & taugeh
2 biji telur
Cara-cara UTK PASTE- Rebus udang dgn air. Bila udang hampir masak, angkat udang dan ditoskan airnya. Air rebusan jgn buang....
Campurkan semua bahan utk paste dgn air rebusan udang tadi, reneh hingga menjadi paste yg agak pekat. Matikan api biarkan paste sejuk dan bolehlah simpan dlm fridge.
UTK MEE- Tumis lada boh hingga garing. Masukkan dlm 4sb paste td. Masukkan udang yg telah direbus td n kerang. Biasanya penang char kuey teow agak berkuah so letak sikit air dlm 1/2 cwn.
Air didih masukkan kuey teow, kucai, taugeh n kacau rata. Pecahkan telur, kacau dan bolehlah diangkat. Proses memasak kuey teow ni dlm 3-4 min sj, pastikan api kuat semasa memasak.
**Paste ni selalu depa guna tuk meniaga so udang yg direbus mmg depa pakai. Tapi utk kegunaan sendiri kalau tak nak rebus ngan udang pun boleh tp petis kena tambah lg, jd 1sb. Paste ni juga sepatutnya sudah cukup masin dan manisnya so tak perlu letak lg garam n gula masa masak buat kuey teow tp kalau rasa cam tawar leh adjust eh......

Nak lagi power pakai api yg sembur tuh...pakai pump...guna minyak tanah...best giler pakai neh..zku kalu raya mmg masak pakai nih...masak kat luar umah...nak rebus ayam tua kejap je empuk ala2 effect pressure cooker laks...buat rendang pon jap je dah siap and yg goreng2 pon ....tapi wat tumis kalu abis la hangus sebab apinya yg power tuh...jelaga dia pon masalah gak bila dah pakai abis kuali piyok seme hitam

maisya tak guna mee yg jual tu...guna egg noodles yg maisya buat sendiri lepas tu goreng sampai brownish...bila dah curah kuah yg panas tu ambik masa jugak baru dia lembut...tapi maisya makan je masa dia still keras tu

Ni mee goreng yg saya buat baru2 ni guna udang kering & sayur kangkung. Dpt resipi ni dr. Hong's Kitchen NTV7 ttp saya ubahsuai.



Bahan2nya:-

4 keping mee kering
1 ikat sayur kangkung dihiris
1 ikat daun bawang dihiris
Segenggam udang kering
Sedikit isi ayam
Gula & garam secukup rasa
Sedikit minyak utk menumis

Cara membuatnya:-

1. Mee kering direbus & tos bila sudah masak & basuh dgn air sejuk sp. mee tak lekat2.

2. Panaskan kuali dgn sedikit minyak & tumis udang kering yg sudah ditumbuk & daun bawang. Gunakan api perlahan utk menumis. Masukkan garam & gula secukup rasa bersama isi ayam.

3. Bila bahan2 sudah masak baru masukkan mee & sayur kangkung. Gaul hingga sebati & kangkung masak.

bestnya masakan yang ada kangkung dalamnya..telan liur aku ni hah..
but, lepas dapat emel budak mkn kangkung ada lintah tu..terus stop mkn kangkung..

Saya suka makan kangkung. So far tak ada problem. Yalah kangkung dgn rojak sotong tu sedap. Boleh guna sayur lain utk mee kalau tak nak guna kangkung.
