Popular hip-hop band Hilcrhyme has announced the release date of their fifth single.
Titled Loose Leaf, this new release will hit stores on June 2 and will be available in two editions. Both the regular and limited edition has the title-track and the song Hikari. The title-track happens to be the theme song of the TV series "Yankee-kun to Megane-chan" which has been airing since April 27. The limited edition comes with a bonus DVD which features live content from the Hilcrhyme TOUR 2010 "Recital".
In addition to Loose Leaf, Hilcrhyme will also be releasing their first live DVD, Hilcrhyme TOUR 2010 "Recital" on June 2. This live DVD will feature their live at Niigata Terusa Hall and will include live performances of their hit songs Jun'ya to manami, Mou Bye bye and Shunkashuutou.

"Aitai Riyuu / Dream After Dream ~Yume Kara Sameta Yume~," the new single from AAA composed by Tetsuya Komuro, edged out a #1 victory on the sales charts this week. This is their second #1 single (the first was "MIRAGE" in 2008). For Komuro as a composer, this is his 43rd, though the last one was the 2001 Ayumi Hamasaki and KEIKO collaboration "a song is born."
The single sold 46,000 copies, narrowly beating the 45,000 copies sold by Ikimono Gakari's "Arigatou." Idol group Momoiro Clover achieved #3 with their first major label release, "Ikuze! Kaitou Shoujo," while former AKB48 member Mai Oshima landed at #7 with her first solo single, "Mendokusai Aijou."
On the album charts, Hideaki Tokunaga's "VOCALIST 4" sold 62,000 copies to stay at #1 for the third straight week. Only one new album made it into the top ten - "Best Collection" by My Little Lover.
Meanwhile, Mr.Children's latest live DVD outsold "Avatar" to top the DVD sales charts, giving them their 7th consecutive #1 DVD. This ties them for the current record with Arashi and KAT-TUN.

The Movie "DIR EN GREY..." Complete! Contents Revealed!
In January, DIR EN GREY had been holding their performance at Nippon Budokan, of which the footage was made into a "movie version DIR EN GREY-UROBOROS-". The piece, which has been veiled in mystery, has now undergone a trial airing for friends and business relatives and the contents have been revealed.
The footage shows the backstage stories of the final performance of DIR EN GREY's world tour which succeeded the album release of "URUBOROS", leading the band through 15 different countries. The movie is a different edition of the DVD to be released in May, where as the lives from January 9th is titled "-09-" and the one from the 10th as "-10-", with two separate airings.
The fans who have seen the movie as representatives for the fans' side said: "The cameras that were following the band members' motions are very close to what the fans saw. I didn't think that any footage can really express the things you usually only see at the lives, but the intentions behind it have been brought to the screen. I think this movie is a culmination of the band right now."

We’ve announced recently that ムック(MUCC) is releasing a new single entitled “約束(yakusoku)” in June. Recently, thanks to Danger Crue Record’s official YouTube channel. We can now see the preview for their new PV that will be featured on the single.
The PV is really beautiful, and features an upbeat song. Though fans have pointed something out, they’ve pointed out that the same house from the band’s previous PV フリージア(freesia). An interesting tie in, right? Let us know what you guys think of the PV!
