sahur pagi tadi:

- ikan bakar
- telur masin
- paru goreng
- sayur bening kobis + sambal belacan (for me)
- ulam2 + budu (untuk en laki)

berbuka hari ne masalah betul.. dari tadi fikir nak masak atau nak beli apa tak jumpa2 lagi..

camtu rupanya sambal itam..femes betul aku dengar pasal kesedpan dia.

agak2 rasa dia masam2 man ...

rasa masam masin pedas gitu.
boleh la makan namun akak rasa akak prefer normal sambal bilis jah

mmg sedap sambal ne.. weols siap pesan beli untuk bawak balik pada makcik tuh..

tapi,

gambar sambal hitam yang ko pos ne sangat tak cantik.. tak baik untuk promo.. kalau ai tak pernah makan sambal hitam ne, konfirm ai tak nak makan kalau rupa begini..

akak dari semalam mengidam nak makan pasta itali gara2 gigih tengok show masak travel kat italy semalam/
simple jah nak masak namun nampak lazat.

mcm nak cari jah bahan balik kerja nanti mungkin untuk sahur?
kalau balik awal hari ini ingat nak singgah bazar remdan for the first time mungkin beli nasi lemak or nasi briyani kalau ada.

Buka-  miso soup+ tahu Lembu ...

Tapi kan potatoes/sweet potato lg high sugar than rice..

U try brown or red rice.. ataupun beras parboiled faiza.. takde starch.. mmg kenyang n perut tak buncit lepas mkn..

sahur pagi tadi makan balance ikan siakap masak cili (waktu berbuka), sayur bening, kentang digoreng+telur hancur+bawang+ciliapi+lobakmasin, and ayam goreng( utk anak nak sahur). end up makpak bantai ayamgoreng dgn lauk kentangtelurgorengciliapilobakasin..(lauk xde nama mmg cenggini le jadinye)

bukak pose karang, ,sotong butter, siakap kukus, rajin kalu sambal tauhu..tarak rajin sayur bening. moga hari ni ku bertabah redah jem lagi.

Nasi lemak/briyani kompom ada kt paasar ramadan... tayah kalau2 dah.. kt tempat ai rasanya ada empat stalls jual briyani at least..

Sahur, kfc je.beli tgh mlm,pagi panaskan.
Buka nanti, nak masak nasi tomat,ayam msk merah, jelatah,salad n buah moktan sejuk baru petik dr umah mil semalam.hmm sedapnya moktan sejuk2..
