Baca betul betul, Makcik Hasmah kata misconception, tapi tarak bagi bukti pun.
Ko citer panjang lebar, mana bukti yg menunjukkan cina tidak menyumbang 80% or 90% dari jumlah cukai pendapatan, ko buta huruf?
Ada hati nak kata aku buta huruf..
Samada ko tak baca habis atau ko tak paham apa yg ko baca..

That is a misconception. It so happens that the majority of Chinese, especially in cities and towns, are in business and since business cases are often selected for audit through our risk management system, it is perceived that 90% of the income taxes are from the self-employed Chinese.
However, one should note that there are an equally great number of Malay traders in small towns and villages, albeit the volume of business could be much smaller, who are registered with our local branches.
There are also a great number of Malays and Chinese, too, who are in employment and these taxpayers are perceived to be paying every cent of their hard-earned income.
Although the IRB does not maintain records of taxpayers based on race, statistics of tax collection from individuals (including Indians and other races) is about 18% of the total tax collected of which 35% is from the self-employed group.
I hope this fact dispels the perception that there is a racial bias in the tax system.

Kata la andaian 35% tax collected fm self employed group adalah SEMUA nya 100% dari org2 Cina. Cuma 35% Cina balance 65% lain2 bangsa., celah mana yg kata org Cina contribute 90% jumlah terbesar, 50% pon tak sampai.
Zaman 80an Mahathir boleh la sembang kencang, bila time raya Cina semua kedai tutup nak beli barang2 pon susah but now no more..
Skrg 2018 lagi tak masuk akal kalo nak kelentong kata org2 Cina contribute 90% cukai pendapatan pada Negara.
Ramai org2 Melayu yg berjawatan tinggi, membuat bisnes sendiri dan menjadi jutawan.
Honestly, kalao ikut % populasi bangsa, mmg tidak mungkin cukai pendapatan cina sampai 80% , sendiri fikirlah kenapa. lagi ada macai tak malu kutuk orang cina tipu cukai.
Sebenarnya ko pon tahu ia Tidak Mungkin dan tak masuk akal. Tapi tak tahu mengapa ko terlepas cakap begitu.
Ini merupakan suatu propaganda bermotivasi perkauman yang sering disebarkan oleh DAP untuk menghasut kemarahan dan rasa lebih berkelayakan bangsa Cina.
Pendirian aku...ko membayar cukai, aku membayar cukai, kita semua membayar culai Tak usah nak mendabik dada, ooo kaum ni bayar banyak or whatever..
Kita sama2 memajukan Msia menolong yg susah tak kira kaum dan agama.
