Salam,

Kpd sifu-sifu yg ada kat sini nak tanya skit ... bagaimana cara untuk
memukul putih telur dan gula hingga menjadi kembang dan stiff.  
Saya cuba guna cake mixer tapi bukanlah jenis yg mahal biasa jer tapi
tak menjadi... ke kena pakai mixer yg jenis mahal baru jadi...

Teringin nak buat chiffon cake n lain-lain cake yg gunakan method gini
tapi tulah masalahnya...

Ada cara-cara yang lain tak...tima kasih yea...

melati, i bukan sifu tapi pasal nak pukul putih telur sampai kembang n stiff or in other words sampai jadi meringue..

sebenarnya not necessarily kena pakai mixer mahal. pakai pemukul telur tangan tu pun dah buleh, cuma amik masa le.

so kalo ada mixer tu, u just putar dgn kelajuan paling tinggi, putar sampai kental, putih and likat. then u stop mixer tu and bila u tarik ke atas, akan terbentuk sharp peak. at this time biasanya putih telur ni dah stiff and kalo u terbalikkan mangkuk pun ia tak jatuh.

cuma word of caution - semua peralatan mesti kering, jgn berminyak. esp bilah mixer tu and mangkuk, mesti kering dan tak berminyak. masa u asingkan putih n kuning telur tu jgn ada sikitpun kuning telur tercampur dlm putih telur.

actually mende ni easy je..

tu actuallynya ada kisahnya.
i dah tersilap beli instead of blueberry jam/filling, terbeli plak blueberry PIE filing.
ish ish.. sticky semacam je kan sbb perhaps ada cornflour or sthg, and rasa pun kurang masam/manis.. tak menyengat.

so apalagas.. modify le.. amik jam strawberry, tambah gula castor, perahan air limau nipis dlm 2 tbsp, pehtu campur dgn blueberry td n masak atas api, kacau sebati. bila taste dah ok masam manisnya.. baru le mekap kat kek. tepi2 kek tu susun le choc chip yg kaler putih selang dgn coklat. tgh2 tu ada sikit je buah blueberry tu kan, so bwk ke tengah n sulam dgn choc chip putih.. jadikla gitu ropanyeee..
