actually the more you pump.. kita akan bagi signal kat otak yang kita harus produce susu lebih...
kalau nipple sakit, maybe cara mengepam tu tak betul.. you have to check back
B melayut? it's not about bfeeding only lah..
kalau orang tua, mmg tak baginya bagi susu badan, diaorang dok kata B layut la..
tapi faktor usia and hormon changes pun boleh buat B layut apa..
kalau layut pun, sebab nak bagi susu kat anak apa.. |

aishik.. that's the way to build up stock also
kebanyakan ibu menyusu, ni yang silap.. kalau anak depa minum 15 oz, 15 oz jelah struggle untuk perah..
patutnya, time prolactin level tgh high ni (hormon yang membanyakkan susu), struggle buat stok..
contoh:
kalau anak minum 15 oz,
you pump MORE than 15 oz..
kalau dapat 16 oz satu hari, 1 oz dah boleh jadi stok.. betul tak?
so lama-lama 1 oz tu kalau hari-hari dpt extra 1 oz, menimbun stok jadi bukit, sebab tu i boleh build up stok balik |

ayo limau i mmg struggle nak build up my output ...cuma silap i rasa bila weekend i kurang pump ..i pump bila bb tak minum /tido saja sbb biasanya die gayut kan kekeke...mlm tdi i bgn kul 1.30 /3.30/4.30 ingat nak pump ..alahai bb pun sama bgn gak..last2 sampai kul 6pg die baru tido btul..sudahnya pump kul 7pg dpt 1 oz...pd td kul 9.30-10.15 dpt 3.5oz..ni tgh pump dr kul 12.40sampai 1.15 ade 3oz.. |

tapi pakai plastik ni time anak dah besar, umur 1 tahun ke atas.. kot-kot ler ada hygenic issue lak :2cool: |

ini pula pakai bekas dadih (atas) dan plastik playtex (bawah). boleh juga masuk bekas jem yang kecik-kecik, tapi kena pastikan bersih

i pegnant anak first,cadang nak bf la.tapi tak tau cara camana lepas i keja nanti..kalau pam simpan kat peti ais tapi bukan kat tempat beku tu boleh tak.agak2 tahan tak.lagi satu kalau letak kat tempat beku nak cairkan susu tue pakai air panas ke camana ek..i memang tak tahu langsung pasal susu badan ni |

meh ku tlg jawab...nurul baik u refer kat page blakang sbb byk info bguna yg bole u dpt psl bf ni. tp ku jawab gak sketla ye...ms ko dlm pantang ko bg direct. in the mean time ko perah susu utk bt stok ms ko keja. bila ko nak panaskan susu tu ko x bole direct atas api or m/wave. ko turunkan susu tu dlm fridge bwh bila dah cair baru gelekan dia tp AWAS! BUKAN GELEK GERUDI YE. |

Storing breast milk/Thawing frozen breast milk
Storing breast milk
Freshly expressed breast milk can be stored at room temperature (less than 25癈 or 77癋) for 6-8 hours.
Freshly expressed breast milk must be cooled if not used within 6-8 hours of expressing.
Containers for storing breast milk
Use glass or hard plastic containers with an air-tight lid (for example, small jars and bottles with lids).
Special breast milk freezer bags can also be used.
Do not use bottle liner bags. These are thinner plastic bags that may break when frozen.
Cleaning the containers
For healthy babies wash containers in hot soapy water and rinse well with hot water. Let the containers air dry on a dry clean surface away from where food is made.
Tips for storing breast milk
Cool freshly expressed milk within 1 hour of expressing.
Label containers with date and time.
Store in smaller amounts to prevent wasting milk.
Always cool freshly expressed milk before adding it to already cooled or frozen milk.
Leave a 1 inch space at the top of the container when freezing.
*If your baby is premature (born too early) or in the hospital, speak to your nurse about storing breast milk and cleaning containers. Sterilized containers may be provided by the hospital. Breast milk can be stored in the following ways:

Place containers at the back of the fridge and freezer where it is the coldest.
After the storage time has passed, throw out the breast milk.
Thawing frozen breast milk
Frozen breast milk that has been thawed can be kept in the fridge for 24 hours.
Do not refreeze breast milk once it is thawed.
Check the date on the stored breast milk. Use the container with the earliest date first.
Thaw frozen breast milk by leaving it in the fridge for 4 hours OR...
...place container under cool running water. Once it has begun to thaw, run warm water to finish thawing.
Never thaw at room temperature.
Warm breast milk by placing the container in a bowl of very warm water.
Do not thaw or heat breast milk on stove or in microwave. Do not refreeze breast milk once it is thawed.
Feeding tips:
Shake warmed breast milk and test the temperature on your wrist before using it.
Hold your baby when feeding expressed breast milk.
Make feedings an enjoyable time for you and your baby. Talk to your baby and give lots of smiles.
Burp your baby as needed.
Use warmed breast milk within 1 hour. Throw away leftover milk. |

la nie nak pump banyak kali la ...setakat nie pump 2 -3 kali jea kat office .. kalu kat umah cuti seminngu... tak pump langsung...
setakat nie okay laghi...tapi takut jugak.. kalu tak pump selalu susu kurang...
cuma nak tau sekali pump tu berapa lama? setakat nie double pump dapat lebih kurang 7-10 oz depends pada hari... setakat baby sarah pun minum 12 oz sehari
I guna ameda... dan biasanya sambil buat keje la pump... kadang2 terlupa berapa lama pump ... okay ker camtu...?
satu laghi.. macamana nak overcome baby yang susah bagi susu dalam botol.... adoi... tiap kali cuti panjang mesti melalak2 nangis.. setakat tgh nie baru 1.5oz jea minum... .... |

kena rajin pump kalau cuti dan duduk di rumah with baby.. sebabnya, masa ni la kita nak pulun dapatkan extra stock

kalau double pump, make sure it is at least 15 minutes.. sampai 20 mins pun boleh
sebab kalau ikut single pump.. 30 mins for both breasts (which is 15 mins untuk one breast)
tapi pastikan bila pump tu, sampai susu habis keluar semua
satu laghi.. macamana nak overcome baby yang susah bagi susu dalam botol.... adoi... tiap kali cuti panjang mesti melalak2 nangis.. setakat tgh nie baru 1.5oz jea minum... ....
itu biasa dah.. sebab dia lagi susu direct dari ibu dia kan.. takpe, nanti lama-lama pandailah baby tu. tapi mmg kena banyak sabar.. baby breastfeed ni mmg manja sangat dengan ibunya.. in fact, kalau hantar nursery (like my son), selalu gak kena complaint nangis tak berhenti kalau hantar hari isnin.. tapi kita nak buat camner, just tawakal jer lah, harap-harap baby dpt menerima perubahan ni.. dan lama-lama dia akan faham, yang kita perlu pergi kerja |
