'Superman is Back' PD explains why the VJs don't answer the children's questions during filmingThe lack of response from VJs, when Song Il Kook's triplets would ask them questions during 'Superman is Back', has been bringing laughs as well as curiosity about why the VJs do not respond.
PD Kang Bong Kyu told OSEN, "Because their main goal is to show how the fathers and children spend their time together, the VJs don't respond to the children's questions..." He pointed out the adorable moments of Min Guk going up to the cameraman who wasn't covered up as usual, and asking, "Ahjusshi, what are you doing?", as well as another time when Min Guk noticed a dead fly on the window sill and asked the cameraman what it was multiple times. With no response from the VJ, Min Guk went closer to the cameraman continuing to ask, which finally awarded him a response of "Bug," from the VJ.
The PD explained, "At the time, he tried to send Min Guk off with a hand gesture but it didn't work too well. Upon watching that scene while monitoring, all of us got a big laugh."
He also revealed the staff's fondness for the 'Superman' kids and the families, by adding, "A PD and writer get assigned a fixed family. Because Sarang, Haru, and the twins have already been filming for over a year, the children and producers have established a strong bond. The children call the PD and writer 'aunt,' 'uncle,' or 'ahjusshi'... During breaks in between filming, sometimes they ask to be held. When the father can't care for the children by himself, the staff also watch over the children."

song.triplets Suh Un and Suh Joon and hyungs Dae Han, Min Guk, and Man Se will be spending some time together on the upcoming episode of KBS 2TV's 'Superman is Back'! While recording for the new episode to come, when it was time to eat, Suh Un and Suh Joon joined the triplets in two extra child seats. Seeing the triplets climb up and seat themselves, the young twins also tried following suit. They didn't stop there as they also imitated the triplets by picking up their spoons and feeding themselves. When Dae Han picked up his bowl and started to slurp down the food, Suh Un followed his example and tried to do the same! However, the young twins soon realized they couldn't do all that the older triplets could do and returned to eating with their hands.
Finding the twins' imitation of them cute, Min Guk, like the caring little guy he is, took a piece of pumpkin from his plate and said, "This is pumpkin. Try it." He even put a piece in Suh Un's mouth. The triplet's father Song Il Kook also had a lot of pulling to do as the the twins also joined the triplets for a ride on their train.

song.triplets It should be a special treat for fans as the upcoming episode of 'Superman is Back' will feature Song Il Kook's triplets, Dae Han, Min Guk, and Man Se finally meeting up with Lee Hwi Jae's twins, Suh Un and Suh Joon!
While filming for the episode, Song Il Kook and Lee Hwi Jae complimented each other's kids on their rapid growth. The twins and triplets also surprised their fathers as they were seen hugging one another and displaying their outgoing personalities.
The kids and their fathers participated in a flea market event, getting much attention for the adorable babies. Even with people crowding around, the babies were calm but excited, enjoying their outing.
However, Song Il Kook and Lee Hwi Jae were seen frantically trying to make sure their kids were safe, all the while selling their products with mounds of people crowding around them. Song Il Kook commented, "When the two families met, I thought the hardship would decrease by half, but in reality, it was the opposite."
