Buat biskut Dahlia, amik resepi dari blog mat gebu (TQ cikmat). walaupun ku rasa yg ku tak overbeat, tapi dahlia ku tetap rebah jua, tak tau lak napa.

purpose buat biskut nih, sbb baby yg sorang nih suka ngunyah2. nk beli biskut baby, byk yg made in china (huhuh melamin)

raya aritu sy guna acuan samprit ja....tp tengok biskut cina yg orang jual tu diaorg guna acuan lain...bukan samperit...bukan dahlia...

klau sesapa tahu tolonglah bagitau yek....

Pam yang mcm2 bentuk tu, pada saya senang nk guna, bole isi banyak, bole pam banyak. kalu pakai yg pam jari tu, tak puas ati, sbb jari saya kecik, byk bolos keluar dr jadi bunga ...heheh...

Kelopak dahlia saya pun layu jugak bila dah bakar. saya ada baca kat http://wlteef.blogspot.com/ pasal nk kekalkan bentuk/kelopak biskut nih semasa dibakar.

I am in the process of trying out various recipes for piped butter cookies. The cookies has to be crispy, light and can hold its shape during the baking process.

Read from various Taiwanese cookbooks that for the cookies to hold its shape, we need to use bread flour. I therefore used a combination of bread flour and cake flour for this trial.


tapi saya sendiri pun belum pernah try lagi. nnt bila nk buat lagi, bole la try tambah tepung roti pulak.

terlebih garing base dia

sapa ada dengar radio IKIM pagi tadi..master chef sabri ada beri resipi coklat cookis..sapa sempat salin..siar2kan...

Biskut Chocolate Chips
sumber : Chef Sabri


Bahan-bahan :-
250 gm mentega
250 gm tepung gandum
1 sdm tepung jagung
2 sdm serbuk susu tepung
2 sdm serbuk badam
3 sdm gula kastor
3 sdm gula perang
3 sdm serbuk koko
1 sdk esen vanila
4 sdm cip coklat
1 sdk coklat emulco
sedikit garam

Cara-cara :-
  • Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 150'C.
  • Masukkan gula perang, gula kastor, esen vanila ke dalam mangkuk adunan elektrik.Kemudian pukul hingga hampir kembang.
  • Masukkan serbuk koko, tepung jagung, serbuk susu, sebuk badam, cip coklat, sedikit garam dan kacau hingga sebati supaya adunan tidak melekat pada tepi bahagian mangkuk.
  • Dengan menggunakan sudu garfu, tekap adunan di atas dulang seperti saiz bulat.
  • Kemudian masukkan dulang pembakar ke dalam ketuhar dan bakar selama 30 - 35 minit.

mmg marvellous....
but this comes dgn amaran..too much of a good thing can be a bad thing
kita guna 500gm hershey chocolate buttons
pastu scoop kat dulang guna icecream scoop
turns out  besaq, tapi anak2 suka
