x der resepi penuh.....mula2 rebus beras, daging (suka ati) & udang kering.(segenggam)....then tumis ( bwg beso 1, 5 ulas bawang putih....mayang halus & halia (ketuk jer)....dah jadi bubur...masuk bahan tumis & santan....biar seketika....
akak suka masukkan parsley.....bubuh garam & lada sulah.......

p/s...resepi choc chip dah dapatkan.....last week akak post...

p/s: dah dpt resepi tu.....dah siap kopipes....xtau bila nak cuba....tp baru teringat kat umah tu xde mixer....nak guna tgn takut x ckp kembang.....

ni yg akak jumpa....akak lebey suka masak kuahnya dulu.....taruh ayam & black mushroom tuh.....kalo ayam mesti taruh halia sikit kalo x hanyir.........

SIZZLING NOODLES WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients

Flat noodles 200 grams
Oil 2 tablespoons
Spring onions, sliced 3
French beans, cut into thin strips 6
Carrot, cut into thin strips 1 medium
Cabbage, shredded Ѕ medium + a few leaves
Salt to taste
Chilli sauce 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
White pepper powder Ѕ teaspoon
MSG a pinch
Cornflour Ѕ tablespoon
Green capsicum, seeded and cut into thin strips 1 medium
Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Method

1. Heat a sizzler plate.
2. Boil flat noodles till al dante. Drain and refresh in cold water.
3. Heat oil in a wok. Add spring onion, French beans, carrot and stir. Add cabbage, flat noodles, salt, chilli sauce, soy sauce and toss. Add white pepper powder and MSG.
4. Dissolve cornflour in four tablespoons of water.
5. Toss noodles with two spoons. Add a little water, green capsicum and the dissolved cornstarch. Mix.
6. Put the hot sizzler plate on its wooden base. Put moist noodles onto the hot plate. Sprinkle some vinegar on it and serve immediately
