    dulu2 saya guna BM cosway jugak, menjadi yer, utk uli doh je tuh 15 minit kan? saya selalu buat  2 kali uli, kalau tgk BM450 keenwood ni, kalau doh mmg diuli selama 30 minit, lepas tuh peram 1 hour, tp kekadang saya nak cepat, habis uli saya keluarkan n peram dlm oven yg diletak air panas, cepat skit naiknya

salam kengkawan.. tumpang tanya boleh? mcm mana nak elak roti kita bau yeast ila dah masak? yumna buat 2 sudu kecil yeast utk 500gm tpg roti.. kalau roti beli takde bau pun..

    wow lamanya menguli.. kalau BM kenwood uli shj 30 minit, then 1 jam lagi bagi doh naik, lepas 1 hour ianya akan uli skit2 jer untuk buang angin.
tapi kalau BM cosway yg lama, ada 2 option, uli shj 15 minutes, then satu lagi option uli 15 minit n another 1 hr untuk bg doh naik.

    yumna.. ini melalui pengalaman jer yer.. tak taulah org lain, selalunya berbau masam yis tuh sebab doh roti tuh dibiarkan naik lama sgt, sampai lebih dari 2x ganda. kekadang walaupon dlm resepi kata kena tunggu 1 jam untuk doh naik, tp depends pada cuaca jugak, kekadang 30 minit dah naik 2x ganda dah.. so mmg kena start next process lh plak. lainlah kalau buat semua dlm BM sbb BM akan control temperature... tp ini through experience jer yer, tak pastilah kalau ada faktor2 lain

pernah terbaca,masukan 1 sudu kecil cuka kedlm adunan roti kita,insyaallah bau yis akan hilang..

Sapa pernah tgk kat masterchef australia episod di mana Michael Klausen ajar Marion n aaron wat roti n pastu ada buh anggur tu...uih very tempting...ada sesapa sempat salink tak cara resipi dia? Kalau ada share la macam nk try wat. Dh terasa-rasa kesedapan roti itew huhu...
