dua minggu lepas dh try buat roti....dh siap bentukkan nak tunggu dia naik ja...masa tu jam dh kul 10malam....langsung tertidur....ngeh....ngeh....ngeh....sampai pagi.....bangun pagi tgk roti2 ku semua dh kembang setaman//////...............siap turun balik.....tp nak sedapkan hati bakar juga lah......huhu.....tekstur nya cm roti tp rasa nya cm hampeh sb yis dh terlalu kembang.......rugi 1kg tepung......dh la ulu dengan tangan lak tu.....

Salam.

Selepas membaca post ttg roti disini, saya berminat untuk mencuba dan baru2 ni saya dah beli breadmaker brand TESCO. Yang menjadi kemusykilan kat sini:
kenapa bradmaker saya menguli hanya 25-20 minit shj...sedangkan di mesin tu dah set- uli utk dought= 1 jam 30 minit, dan kenapa roti saya agak lembik sedangkan saya dh ikut sebijik2 resepi dlm manual booklet yg di beri...ada tak sapa2 disini yg beli breadmaker TESCO atau sapa2 yg boleh ajar saya. tima kasih

saya nak tanya.. nak bakar roti ni nak guna api atas bawah atau pun api bawah sahaja ye?? tolong la jawap kemuskilan saya..

   saya penah bakar roti guna api atas bawah, result : roti cepat hangus, hitam dan atas keras dan tebal, walaupun sapu butterlepas tu saya try bakar api bawah je, baru cantik keluar, bila sapu butter, just nice je.

Tray tuu jgn la pi letak kt bawah skali..letak kt tengah. Suhu oven jgn la terlampau kuat. Bakar roti ni sekejap je bkn mcm bakar kek. Kena rajin tgk tak boleh tinggal.

Finally.. lepas membuat research... saya dapat juga membuat roti seperti rakan2 yang lain..
Terima kasih kepada yang banyak memberi tunjuk ajar dan sokongan.. budi baik anda hanya Allah yang mampu membalas.. dimana saya mendoakan anda semua murah rezeki kerana tak lokek menabur ilmu membuat roti ini.. kalau ade dekat2 saya memang saya bagi rasa makan roti yg saya buat..
lihat lah... softbun saya.. untuk testing sy hanya buat bun inti beef mushroom ngan roti manis aje..

The recipe is from mamafahmi who got it from NoorMasri.

CHEESE BUNS

Ingredients :

300g high protein flour
1 teaspoon bread improver ~ optional
60g castor sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
50g egg (1 egg)
7g (2 teaspoons) instant dried yeast
70 - 75 ml fresh milk (chilled)
70ml water
25g margarine ~ melted

Glazing :
1 teaspoon fresh milk
a bit of grated cheddar cheese

Method :
1. Mix flour, bread improver, yeast, salt and sugar in a big bowl.
2. Make a hole in the centre and pour milk, water and egg. Mix well to form a soft dough.
3. Add in margarine and knead for another 30 minutes or till dough is smooth and elastic and does not stick to the bowl.
4. Make into a big ball and place it in a bowl greased with a bit of oil. Cover using a cling film.
5. Place the bowl at a warm place and let dough prove for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or till dough has doubled it's size.
6. Punch down the dough, and divide into 7 equal pieces.
7. Arrange them in a well greased 9 inch tray and cover with cling film.
8. Leave to prove again till double the size.
9. Brush the buns with fresh milk and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 celcius for about 15 - 20 minutes or till golden brown.


Note: I did not sprinkle with cheese.
