bior betul!! boleh terbang dalam air?? kelas renang apa ni raj.. kelas renang superswim ka? kalu cam tu aku nak join la.. aku setakat swim frog style okay la tapi for sure last place kalu buat 6.5km.. mau 2 hari baru sampai kat hujung sana .... huhu
btw raj kalu susah dapat pelampung ko boleh guna arm rings tu... ringan sikit  |

Yahoo!! aku skarang dah berjaya mengapungkan diri dan swim breaststroke berkat jasa member aku yg ajar.. now saper2 nak gi swim boleh aku join skali... baru reti je..lambat lagi nak terrer betul2..so boleh tolong2 aku perfect kan teknik.
So skang aku nak belajar freestyle lak...hari tu dah belajar tapi separuh jalan.. saper huh boleh ajar... sebagai kerja amal la ni..
Saper huh???....jojo? ehem..ehem..heheh

Ni first time posting kat dlm thread ni. Tp sy dh lama baca thread ni on and off.
Sy ade soalan sket, nk tau psl swimming pool kat Cheras yg sebelah stadium bola tuh.
Bleh tak nk tau, berape entrance fee, operating hours, attire requirements, dan waktu (malam) yang tak ramai orang datang (sy ni seorg yg pemalu  ).

Swimming: Phelps faster than last year
LONG BEACH (Calif): Michael Phelps went 2-for-3 in consecutive events at the Southern California Grand Prix on Monday, swimming faster times in each than he did a year ago.
Phelps opened with the 100-yard butterfly, coming from behind to beat Matt Grevers in 45.40 seconds.
About 40 minutes later, the six-time Olympic gold medallist returned for the 100 backstroke. Phelps again rallied to beat Peter Marshall and Grevers, touching in 45.50 seconds.
Then 45 minutes later, Phelps hit the water for the 100 breaststroke and was beaten by 2004 Olympian Mark Gangloff, who finished first in 53.09. Phelps was timed in 53.41 -- his best by 1.2 seconds.
Phelps won five of six finals over three days of short-course swimming at Belmont Plaza's indoor pool, the same place he opened last season.
Last year, Phelps produced the greatest performance in World Championships history, setting four individual world records and winning seven gold medals. -- AFP

sejak dah tak ada torpedo .. i feel swimming event kinda lost its touch.. i really like him.. one of the best athletes / swimmers ever
however mike phelps is excellent swimmer himself and proven worthy with all his records setting...
swimming is one of the best event in olympic games and i can't wait to watch him compete against all the world swimmers -! |
