wah!! tahniah det... dh lebih dr target tu dh cukup baik... lina jugak x capai target... tp x apa, minggu dpn masih ada, nk cuba pecahkn tembok 6 kat depan tuh... dn terus dpt berat ideal...
awat skit je turun utk target bln dpn? dh prepare pulun mkn nasi minyak ehhh? atau ada byk cheat day bln dpn! hehe... |

g, apa kata lps senam g minum air yg ber ais... lina cuba, bdn rasa manyak ringan wooooo...metabolisma high, lemak turun, bdn ringan.. air byk, toksin pun hilang...petua minum air byk, bersenam selalu.. gerenti lebih dr 2 liter sehari kita minum... |

dulu azam jer lebih nak kurus tp tak bersenam pun...sejak masuk WLC nie, saya dah mula bersenam...
tahun nie kalau boleh raya nanti biar orang terbeliak bijik mata plak..haha...

salah satu sbb lina turunkn berat ni pun ... coz cadang nk menambah ank.. hihi 5 thn dh berehat.. skg buka kilang balik...kalo bleh turun byk mcm sblom kahwin..nk turun 5-7kg utk capai berat sblom kahwin |

teh hijau ni, minum panas2 suam sedap... sejuk pun ok jer..
teh hijau lina mesti minum slps mkn high carbs mcm nasi, meehon, koew teow..ni kalau kat umah... kalo kat kedai, air kosong atau limau o je la.. |

nk tambah ank la kena kurus dulu kalau kita dlm kategori over/obese... bila mengandung, pastikn berat x lebih 10kg dr berat asal, InsyaAllah lps bersalin nnt dpt balik berat asal dan x de penyakit darah tinggi, kencing manis...kalau terasa nk mkn dgn byk, mkn dgn kuantiti yg kecil dan kerap... haaaaa... kaedah diet la kn.. back to basic diet.. tu doc lina kt jpn nasihatkn.. |
