resepi ni achik amik kat fotopages azura rahman..mintak halal ye tuan punya resepi nak tepek kat sini
kalau tengok cheese cake dia lagi gebus melana..

CHEESE CAKE

250g Cream cheese
75ml Susu segar
130g Gula Castor
4 biji Telur (asingkan putih dan kuning)
40g Tepung Jagung
1/2 sudu the Cream of Tartar

Panaskan oven pada suhu 180抍 dan Alaskan acuan.
Panaskan cream cheese dan susu segar sehingga larut dgn api yg kecil.
Masukkan ?gula kedlm adunan cheese tadi bersama kuning telur, tepung jagung dan cream of tartar.
Pukul putih telur bersama lebihan gula tadi dan pukul sehigga betul?kembang. Kemudian masukkan adunan putih telur itu kedlm adunan cheese dan kaupbalikkan perlahan?sehingga rata. Bakar secara bain-marie iaitu loyang adunan di letakkan ke dlm bekas berisi air panas. Masak antara 45minit- 1jam.

kaup balik= kaup guna spatula atau senduk, kaup dr bwh bawa ke atas atas, pelan2 dan ulang2..bukan kacau.

nak share gambar cheese cake yg sya try guna resepi kwn siber forum lain...resepi yg simple tapi hasilnya sedap..melt...tp tak muak sgt...toping tu sya letak blueberry

since gambar tak leh di view, and base on the recipe, saya rasa ni jenis cheesecake yg berat, kan. butter, gula, tepung, 250g belaka ... dan telur pun jenis pukul sebijik-sebijik. mcm buat butter cake.

kek yg nih tak gebu mcm chiifon, atau mcm cotton cheese cake, souffle cheese cake, atau mana2 resepi yg kene asingkan putih telur (meringue) dan kuning telur. saya agak2 la kan, cheese cake yg nih jenis berat, and yet melt in mouth. lagi best kalu sejukkan semalaman, lagi terasa cheese dia ... mcm makan yg secret recipe punya ...

jem, kalu u nk taruk ok, tak taruk pun ok ...tapi tak rasa mcm manis sgt ke kalu taruk, since u dah pakai 250gm gula ... for me, cheese cake, tak yah nk deko2 lagi dah ... 'natural beauty' hehehe

ada sesiapa yg dah cuba resepi tatura marble cheese cake? saya dah try, tapi tak sempat amik gambar, kene sambau. nice and cheesy. resepi ni sy dapat masa beli special offer tatura butter + cream cheese + 3pcs mini heinz jam for 11.49. insya allah akan sy buat lagi dan paste kan resepi nya kat sini...

meh tepek  resepi tu..dlm peti sejuk ada 2 ketul cc tatura..kat sini offer yg panjang tu rm10.90 sampai 14hb nnt.
smlm dah beli biscut wafer munchy ..ingat nk buat cheesecake ltk biskut tu sbg ganti biskut oreo..

resepi ingat2 lupa dlm kepala nih .. yg offer pack nih butter+cream cheese 11.49, pastu cheese >250g (kalu tak silap - 20% extra katanya) huhuh .. besok sy paste kan ..

mcm bingka??? hem... rasa2 bole agak mcm mana rupa tu ... mcm saya mula2 try buat ciskek heheh...tapi kan .. betul ke tepung sampai 260gm?? sbb selalunya resepi ciskek guna paling byk pun 50gm tepung je ... perhaps u bole check balik...

i alwaz guna tatura..sukaaaa...kadang2 je guna philly..beli  yg  2kg tuh..tp notice yg t dia drain air lama2..so end up cam dry2..huhu..kalau yg 250gm tu ok plak...

Saya dah try buat oreo cheese cake. Guna resepi yg simple mcm yg ada kat page belakang2 tu. Masalah saya, kenapa ek permukaan kek tu x licin. Berlubang2 kecil cam rupa bulan dah. Tp rasa memang sedap...part lubang2 jek tu cacat sket. Mintak tlg bg tips cemana nak dapatkan permukaan yg licin?
