nak tanya kepada yang dah mencoba..
antara resepi kak noor, dan resepi suria tu..siapa yang dah cuba dua-dua sila beri respon..
saya nak tau apa bezanya kalau guan yeast basah dan yis kering tu..
texture dia beza sangat tak?
so far sy biasa buat donut guna resepi bonda je..
pakai yeast basah, dan santan pekat sikit, kdg mak boh gak susu pekat sikit, kadang-kadang tak boh pun..
resepi donut kampung..tp dengan resepi donut kampung tu la mak tambah pendapatan keluarga, letak kuih donut merata tempat org jual nasi lomak.. |

kalau xsilap,
ada stau nozzle khas utk masukkan filling mcm tu tanpa belah donut terlebih dahulu.
nozzle tu ada muncung panjang..
just picitkan piping bag yg diisi filling menggunakan nozzle "bermuncung" tu ke dalam donut..

Donut yang saya buat ni ikut resepi dari Loveliana.. Donut Ala J'Co.. memang mabeles...
saya letak filling cekelat kat dalam donut tu tak yah guna kon cenggitu.. (sebab tak de) nak senang amik chopstik cucuk je. guna yang bahagian atas chopstick. pas tu bila chopstik dah masuk kat dlm donut.. goyang2kan supaya dpt lubang besar sket... hehehehhe..pas tu masuk filling dalam beg plastik. picit muncungnya kat dalam lubang donut tu....ngeh..ngeh..ngeh...Ayat tunggang langgang da....

180 ml scalded milk
65 g granulated sugar
2 g salt
7 g active dry yeast
60 ml warm water
500 g sifted all-purpose flour
3 g freshly grated nutmeg (optional)
75 g butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
oil for deep frying
In a medium bowl, stir together the scalded milk, sugar, and salt. Set aside to cool until tepid. If using nutmeg, stir it into the flour, and add 2 cups of the mixture to the milk, and beat until well blended.
In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Stir into the milk and flour mixture, then mix in the butter and eggs. Mix in the remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time. When dough is firm enough, turn it out onto a floured surface, and knead for 3 to 4 minutes. Place into an oiled bowl, cover and allow dough to rise until doubled in bulk. This should take 30 to 45 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/2 inch in thickness. Cut into circles using a donut cutter, or round cutter. Set aside to rise for 30 to 40 minutes, or until light.
Heat one inch of oil in a deep heavy frying pan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Fry donuts a few at a time. Cook on each side until golden brown, then remove to drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar |

wani..resepi emak ni payah sikit, org tua bukan ada sukatan..
dia main ikut sedap tangan dia je..
selalunya buat pun dengan dia...mula-mula boh tepung pehtu dia tengok tepung banyak mana baru dia cakap boh yeast banyak ni...santan banyak ini... garam, gula banyak ni...
nanti-nanti akak balik kampung buat ikut sukatan..akak tempek kat sini...tp donut pakai santan ni memang sedap, lemak-lemak sikit... |

Aaa bukan senang nak dapat dan regenya pon leh tahan gak mahal..
donut ni uli guna tangan je.. kalau ada bibik memang tiap hari ku suruh uli donut... hahahaha |

dah 4 kali dah wat donat guna resepi kat sini..wahhhh.... ramai yg puji siap suruh wat bisnes gitu...ish tapi i tak minat sgt..buat utk makan2 sendiri dan jamu kawan2 je...gebu lembut betul...mmg puas hati la buat donat2 tu....thanks pada puan2 punyer resepi... |
