ingin melaporkan bahawa timbangan saya pada minggu....mmmmmm dengan sedehnya:  70.2 kg.... sori minggu lepas tak update sebab kursus selama seminggu di Intan, Jln Elmu..... sori en. din tak bagi tau awal2!!.... mmmmm tu yang badan naik sikit sebab hari-hari lauk sodap!

minggu yg kurang senaman... dpt buat 2 kali senaman dn hanya dpt cut 350cal je...sadis sungguh! mkn  ...

kalo setakat tanya je "bila la nak kurus?" sambil makan mcD, roti canai, every week...konon dah senam sit up 50x, so leh la makan byk2...takde maknanya...kih3...
