Christopher Crawford and Angela Deane are 2 young NY designers they are pretty popular here in the US (at least I've heard of them . There was an episode of Fashion File where it was devoted to them and their S/S 05 show, with all the preperation stuff and what it's like for the designers, getting ready for the show. Their work has really grown in recent collections, and their S/S 05 was the first show that Revlon sponsored. So keep an eye out for them. Thanx for the info deb....i'll be watching them....so like any famous supermodels who walked the runway with naima during christopher deane's fashion show?? like gemma ward, hana soukupova, heather marks or maybe daria werbowy??or were they all "B-grade models"(no offense..heheh)??
oh yeah by the way...thanx for that clip of norelle on the tyra banks show and also that catfight clip of janice/lisa and coryn...i miss janice so badly..twiggy's just too bland.....and definitely am missing norelle...too bad she gave up modelling when she had the package of a supermodel... |

No Problem As for Naima walking with supermodels like Gemma, Hana and the rest of the gang that would take a long time and maybe never. She still has alot to learn and I hope she learns it quick while she's still young. I am just content that her and Rebecca were the only girls from Cycle 4 who were chosen to walk during New York Fashion Week. To me that's a great accomplishment. Kahlen has not even gotten signed yet nor has gotten any projects that are not ANTM related, she's one of the biggest disappointments of Cycle 4. So far only Naima, Brita,Rebecca, Brittany, Keenyah, Tiffany, Lluvy, Christina and Michelle have done something outside the show and Kahlen hasn't, hopefully she will soon cause her clock is ticking.
I dont think this show will ever produce a Supermodel or anyone like Gemma, Hana, Heather and Daria, so I wouldn't hold my breath for it.
I'm content just seeing the girls doing work and wish them all the best espescially Naima cause she's had a very rough childhood and didn't have much growing up she deserves at least some good thing to happen in her life.
