k noor, ni yg ada dlm simpanan saya, lum cuba lagi, takde milk powder la pulak, dah abis..alang2 kena pii kedai beli milk powder baik beli condened milk terus hee hee (kes malas)

Condensed milk

here is how to make your own, and it works out cheaper too:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup boiling water ( 8 fl oz)
1/4 cup margarine (2 fl oz)
2 cups white sugar (16 fl oz)
4 cups nonfat dry milk powder (32 fl oz)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
Pour boiling water into blender container. Add margarine and sugar. Blend until combined. Add the dry milk powder 1 cup at a time, blending after each addition. Store in refrigerator and use where a recipe calls for sweetened condensed milk, 1 1/3 cups equals one 14 ounce can.

alamak, kalo guna susu anak wat susu pekat bleh tak..hehehe..

IbuNana, warda masa buat kek gula hangus, warda just tapis tepung je bersama ngan soda... bila dah tuang dalam adunan tu, warda x tapis dah..

what i did was, masa tambahkan gula hangus tu dalam telur yang telah dipukul guna pemukul telur tu (whisker ke namanya?) warda pukul lagi adunan tu sikit... bagi pastikan takde ketulan..

dan yang paling saya heran lah... kenapa kek gula hangus ade lubang2? mcam ner lubang tu terjadi?

most probably sebab gula yang dihanguskan dan reaction dengan baking powder......teka je..

tapis guna tapis kelapa tu pun bule gak....masa letak tu kacau2 la...

semalamwarda buat sekali lagi kek gula hangus, resepi nsutra, tapi warda alter susu sebanyak setengah tin- yang besar tu... butter plak, warda x timbang.. belasah je bubuh, dari seketul butter tu warda tinggalkan 3cm...

hasilnya...

kek jadik lebih gebu dan manis... TAPI, lubang kek ni jadi halus halus, ada la tiga empat lubang yang besar... tapi  tak besar besar mcm resepi asal.. resepi asal dia kenyal sikit.. tapi bila modified, dia jadi lebih lembut... dan manis yang menawan... hehehe

gambar kali ni xde..sebab lupa nak bawa kabel...

nak tanya ye.. warda dah salut dah loyang tu dengan butter dan tabur tepung sikit.. adunan tu tetap melekat.. i mean, tak leh tonggengkan utk tgk belakang  kek...

kawan kawan buat leh tanggal ke kek dari acuan bila ditonggengkan?

wardha.. kek tu memang akan melekat sket.. u kena kuis2kan sket guna pisau/sudu kat tepi2... dia kan mcm sponge, so kuis kuat sket pun dia xkan pecah, dia akan memantul balik...


mlm tadi buat lagi resepi tad....org order...

oh ye ke... tak pe la kalo gitu.. setakat ni dah 2 kali buat kek gula hangus... hujung minggu ni nak buat sekali lagik.. guna nsutra modified version.. hehe

ni gambo kek gula hangus yang warda buat, version nsutra tapi warda ubahsuai skeeet..

kalo u all tgk, dia punya lubang tu halus sikit berbanding resepi asal.. dan resepi yang baru ni, kek nye taklah kenyal..lembut gitu



sori, gambar kek yang dipotong x sempat habis... laju je kena ngap!

rajin tul korang.. hehehe.. tad nih hehehe.. kalo ade mood bebetul rajin baru aa buat. tuh pun stahun skali je la kot.. hehehe.. mekasih sue pasai guna resepi tad.. hehe... bukan tad punye tapi akak tad punye resepi.. heheh.. tad pun blaja dari die dulu. ala warda.. potong la kasi tunjuk lain kali.. baru la bley nampak sarang die..
