weh sok ak ade masuk petandingan lawan2....

ak masuk petandingan martial art....
yg masuk ade silat, karate, taekwondo n ade aikido gk ak dgr....
lawan kt universiti ak jer...hihih
ade la panggil universiti luar...
best gk...meriah je ak rase....
fight ni cm ultimate warrior kt dataran merdeka tu la...
cuma kitorang ni takleh lawan pakai baju full persatuan  kitorang tuh....
yg sedihnye...ak kalah...huhuh....

bagi aku saper nk keep fit senang jer gi beli majalah men's health edisi mesia and ikut panduan die ler.
  confirm jadi but 1st u must have the discipline ler.

huhu sesungguhnya bab disiplin makan ni lah yang paling payah skali...

lagi payah dari datang sekolah sebelum pintu pagar ditutup oleh guru disiplin :bgrin:

reuk...klau aku kira jumlah kalori yg ko dh amik dlm masa sehari...konfem ko takut mkn byk dh pas nihhh...hahahhaha....

aku pun suka mkn ayam...ayam bagus sbb daging putih...daging merah x bagus amik byk...
aku cadangkn sblm mkn ko minum air..jd ko dh kenyang air, x perlu mkn byk...cuba amik nasi semangkuk je...lauk byk xpe..mkn la ikan, sayo byk sket...

klau asek rasa lapar...ko mkn 1-2 keping biskut dh ar...pstu minum air...byk minum air xpe...

klau ko suke, mkn oats ganti nasi..oats x menggemukkan...

agak2 susah sgt...ko mkn je lah reuk..asal ko sihat n b'tenaga...kang dh sakit sume xleh mkn...hahahhaa....
