actually since i got the pie dish, i've started baking my cheesecakes or even preparing my chilled cheesecakes in using that appliance. reasons being - it is soooo convenient to get my cheesecakes out of the baking container - in this case, my pie dish. coz if i were to press the biscuit base in the normal baking container be it round springform or the rectangle one, the crumbs won't stick easily n nicely as if i'm using this pie dish. so bila tolak keluar cheesecake, bhgn tepi2 tu yg diselaputi biscuits crumbs tu will easily give way. tepi cheesecake tak sememeh.

tu je yg buat i suka guna pie dish ni.

penah tengok satu site omputih guna pie dish nie  buat chis....x trpk plak masa tu...smlm cari  nk sambar satu.... time nk  mest dh tkdak..klu yg x loose bottom tu mmg bnyk kt sini..

semalam hari keju sedunia kot..dalam hati dok kata plak hari menggemuk sedunia ...murah betoi ler cheese..500grm tnggal 3/4 pound mesir jer..sambar 2 /3 ketul je ingat nk buat cheese cake..cari loyang plak tkder....sambil dok pk laku dk nie chiskek kt rumah last sambar mozarela dng chisdar ....buat pizza...hilang smngt chiskek.

uishhh...pasal pan pun nak debat ka?
tadik sat pi kedai Best kat USJ nun..ada gak laa pie dish yg lily tunjuk tuu..
tapi takde size besor..tinggal saiz konet ja..huh! penat aku pi ja...
pastu dia tunjuk laa satu lagik khas utk bake cheese cake..
yg nie mcm ring bentuk dia..just letak board then cover dgn foil
ekceli penah gak tgk kat tv depa wat lagu tuu..nampak senang jugakk..
tapi still tak minat gakk..still nk carik hok mcm lily punya...huahuahua...

kecit konet sngt ker chip....lily guna tu saiz berapa 7/8' ker? aku pun penat gk pie smlm ari tu nampak dh..konon tk tau nk buat apa..last2 wat balik menatang lain....orng katakan kt mesir klu jumpa satu brng bekenan abik terus....rasa2nyakan betoi dah apa yg orng kata tu....dan ayat tu ler akan kuar untuk pujuk my bos pasnie.

taraaaa.. semalam buat lagi chiskek.. ni bukan kira selang seminggu ni, dah kira selang 2-3 hari hehe.. jgn ada org ingat i'm nuts udah hehe.. but the fact that ada je permintaan, maka ada le supply hehe. Recipe spt biasa tu yg best ever tu le.. dah stick to that recipe jek.. cuma mekap n topping je lah yg tukau2

kacip.. hoho pan pulak jadi issue ek hoho.. ala saja nak kan kelainan sket kan .. pie flavours chiskek hehe..

and i took the opportunity to snap pic my biscuits-based crumbs. tu dia.. cantik ja terletak kan kan hehe..

Whip Egg Whites

Egg whites whip best at room temperature. First, make sure the bowl and beaters are free of grease and the whites are free of any yolk. Grease and yolk will inhibit aeration.

Begin whipping by hand or by machine at moderate speed. Once the whites get foamy, increase the speed.
  
To identify the soft peak stage, pull the beater up through the whites. If a droopy peak forms, you're at soft peak. The surface will be moist and glossy. At this point, any sugar or flavor extract can be added.
  
At medium peak, a round but fairly stable peak will form.
  
The whites hold their shape well at stiff or firm peaks.
   
Do not beat beyond this point or your eggs will begin to look dry and begin weeping (forming water droplets that eventually collect in the bottom of the bowl). If you over-beat, you'll have to begin again with more egg whites.

mana lagi sedap yang bakar yang alas loyang dengan dengan air tu ke? atau yang chilled punya?

sy dah kumpul byk resepi dari sini, and nak tanya saper yang kerap dok buat ni..dah try byk resepi, mana yang senang dan tak susah nak buat?

soalan susah ni sebab dua-dua sedap; ikut recipe juga......tapi lebih senang jenis bakar (bakar & chilled lagi) sebab jenis chilled sahaja usually perlu gelatine, whipping cream, tak tahan lama, mudah cair kalau simpan luar dan runtuh jadi susah nak bawa ke sana sini......

sama2... ..jgn puji lelebih plak.. Td ada g yummie jap..dah ada stok baru n jual pie dish yg jenis tuh.. Kalu nak sms je. Ok... happy shpg sume.. MMg baloi guna nie.. Slalu guna wat pie, mcm2 bole buat.. inti cheese, puding , kek, mix ngan biskut, puding roti, isikan aneka pasta mcm buat lasagna pun bole janji tepinya pandai adjust guna biskut ke adunan tepung mcm wat karipap etc.. terpulang..  Cikna bg idea je.. Tp tak de bg byk share resipi kat sini...secret recipe.. bila dah masak trus je serve..walla..

Acuan yg jenis berlubang n ble tolak dari bawah ke atas bukan setakat pie dish aje ek... Loyang/acuan 4 segi, bujur, bulat pun ada.....

hehehe.... teringat sesuatu dengan pertanyaan melati ni bab peralatan mahal

macam kata dek lily tu le. jangan ada minyak atau air. make sure kena kering. pukul dengan tangan pun boleh.

Cikna baru wat 2 hari lepas...sdapnya pd tekak bdk2, tp kalian kalu nak rasa n cuba..sila-silakan..





KEK KEJU BERLAPIS (cikna99)

Bahan A:
       250  gm    cream cheese Phillidelphia
        1/2  tin     susu krimer manis

Bahan B:
      2   sb   milo
      1   sb   susu krimer manis
  200   ml   air panas

Bahan2 lain:
      Biskut marie secukupnya (tepulang nak letak byk mane..)
  1/4    cwn    nestum
  1/4    cwn    Nestle 'star' cereal  yg telah dikisar

Topping:
100    gm      Cadbury chocolate milk
   50    gm      baking chocolate/cooking chocolate
  1/4    cwn     susu cair (kecairan mengikut citarasa, bole diubah)
   50    gm      butter (skit je pun bole)
  1/4    cwn     Nestle 'star' cereal yg ditumbuk kasar ( cereal masuk dlm plastik n tumbuk ngan lesung.... )


Caranya:

1.      Mula2 sapu butter pd tepi n dasar loyang. Alas plastik n letak dasar loyang sb cikna guna loyang yg dasarnya ble tolak keatas.

2.      Putar gebu kedua bahan A dlm satu bekas. Masukkan dlm piping beg. Letak tepi.

3.      Kacau rata bahan B. Celup biskut dgn bahan B n letak pada dasar loyang/acuan. Atur ikut citarasa. Pastu tabur campuran nestum + 'star' cereal yg dkisar. Renjis skit air dr bahan B. Pastu pipekan bahan A (cheese + susu) td. Agak2 ble tutup lapisan biskut...

4.      Ulangi langkah 3 sehingga habis. Sejukkan semalaman.

5.      Toppingnya plak.... Masukkan 2 jenis cokelat tu dlm bekas, panaskan secara double boiled. Kacau2....Bila cair, masuk butter n susu cair.  Angkat n biar sejuk jap.

6.      Keluarkan kek dr peti sejuk.  Pastu tolak dasar loyang kek dr bwh ke atas, angkat kek n letak atas dulang/pinggan. Tuang 1/2 adunan cokelat diatas kek. Ratakan.. Lebihan adunan cokelat tu campurkan dgn 'star' nestle yg ditumbuk kasar. Kacau rata n ratakan atas kek.. Pastu masukkan dlm peti sejuk.. Biar dia mengeras skit...

7.     Pastu bolelah dipotong...yum yum..  Selamat mencuba..

Deko kek cikna mmg saje tak sapu habis kat bahagian tepi.. Kalian bole sapu cokelat bg tutup habis gitu..
