cara kurangan loan rumah

rate berapa...islamic ke ? berapa penalty kena bayar...
RHB offer aku BLR - 1.0 dari BLR- 0.9 bila tulis surat request reduce interest rate..
tu tgh duk pikir2 berbaloi tak nak refinance coz penalty dia dah 5% dari rm170k, bayar Lawyer pun dah rm4k..., jadi cost aku dah rugi rm8.5k + 4 = rm12.5k... byk sgt... maybe aku dump duit kat loan ni n minta dia kira monthly payment based on outstanding balance...

tapi aku maksudkan refinance untuk loan loan yang package bank blr ++ tu...

kalau hang suka suka buat refinance bagi aku baik ambil maybank...sebab lockin period dia tiga tahun...  kalau hang punya property kat prime area .. boleh dapat rate cantik..

dan kalau nak cepat cepat bayar .. jimat kat interest.. cari yang flexi... hsbc ke atau cimb... bayar lebih.. interest on principal pun kurang... (aku rasa hang pun tau kan)


nasihat aku hang tanya ketiga tiga bank ni.. cakap terus dgn officer depa .. insyaallah , depa bagi hang  rate terbaik....

setakat ni rate terbaik aku dapat blr-2.3

opp sori ek.. tersalah bace tadik.. sambil jawab sambil chatting... loannya  4ook .

.loan yang  satu 2ook  1st year blr-2.65. 2nd year blr -2.15 dan seterusnya selepas enam tahun blr -1.95..

p.s: kena pandai tawar menawar . tapi aku tak tau la aku tawar tu cukup tak

hmmm...iena baru jer nak belajo erti kehidupan....baru belajo nak ngumpul harta....citer pasal BLR ker refinance pun tak reti......haper benda tuh........tau plan nak beli umah jer dan area best cam ttdi, kota damansara ker...mutiara damansara ker...bandar utama ker....hehheeh.....tapi mesti mahal nak mampus kan area cenggitu......tapi korang banyak memberi INSPIRASI kat iena....hmmm by 30 tahun sekurang-sekurangnya iena plan nak ada umah sendiri.....skang nie ada 4 tahun lagik jer nak ngejar impian.....kalau bleh biolher rumah tuh bawah RM200k....hmm sesuai ler ngan iena yang kejer gomen nie...even 4% mmg tak bleh ler praktik daily rest daily compounde kecuali iena gatal nak amik loan bank kan.....??

patutla boleh dapat rate mcm tu coz amount yg tinggi...
kalau loan ko tahun lepas or tahun ni, aku rasa masih ada lagi bagus but last sekali, cari lah bank yg ko rasa comfortable... certain HL package walaupun claim to be flexible n bla2..bla..bla tapi byk songeh cam kena bayar maintenence sebulan sekali, nak withdraw duit excess kena charge dan mcm 2 lagi..

alamak ade package baik lagi leh dapat ek... .. ...

tapi redha je la  aku dah cek dah dengan  bank yang sewaktu dgn nya .. dah yang tu je best rate aku leh dapat

mcm aku kata la, faktor rate bukan yg paling penting dalam memilih loan rumah ... tgk gak benda2 seperti penalty, cara bayaran, extra chrages dll...

agree.......mcm isteri gak....lawa memang la semua nak bini lawa. tapi faktor2 lain pun kena amik kira.  kalau lawa sajer tapi sengau masalah gak.
