So far alhamdulillah bmi masih normal.
Tapi sejak dah masuk 3 series..
Iols berjaga2 sikit sbb metabolisme badan makin rendah |

Masalah kite serupa laa... Umur lbh kurang bmi more than 25. Sedeyyyy. Kalu ikut cara pemakanan iols sejenis yg kurang mkn. Mkn ikut timing. Jarang laa mkn manisan or dessert. Air manis sehari sekali pun pyh. Tu laa kalu nk kurangkan bab mkn dh xtau nk kurang tang mane. Iols pernah operate kt ankle sbb ligamen koyak. Dedulu suke hiking, jogging... Now cuma bole briskwalk ajer. So iols memahami tt. Semoga kite sama2 dapat capai bmi ideal soon! |
