loan govt takleh bayar macam tu sebab dah potong dlm payslip kan...
tapi,boleh buat extra payment cam kalau kita bayar extra 10K ke untuk kurangkan interest...biasa ade member buat time awal tahun sebab dapat bonus...lagi satu member pernah buat camtu dgn cara keluarkan akaun 2 epf setiap tahun dalam 5K... |

tadi hb tnye officer CIMB...housing loan RM140k++....BLR - 1.7% = 4.9% with MRTA bulan2 RM800++ tuk 30yrs.....ada offer lg best tak ek? |

tapi tak paham apa maksud 90%+5% (legal fees and MRTA)

Pengalaman saya..saya cuma serahkan particulars saya pada sorang staff kat developer tu sbb dia nak tolong carikan loan utk saya..setakat ni dia dah bagi kat cimb,muamalat,maybank dan oub..so,setiap bank tu ada contact saya dan saya tgh consider yang mana boleh bagi offer loan paling baik..
Fyi,saya pernah pergi sendiri cari loan kat hsbc dan public bank..apa yg saya dapat bandingkan,kalo cari sendiri ni dorang bagi interest tak cantik arr.. |

Ye,awak kena pergi developer office dulu survey2 rumah mana yg awak nak..kat situ ada staff yg akan bantu awak..kalo awak confirm awak terus booking then awak boleh tanya tentang loan kat dorang..{:4_243:} |

saya dulu naik sume bank yg ade utk cari yg terbaik...tapi atlast saya pilih CIMB...pada waktu tu bagi saya ok laa housing loan cimb ni..tapi tahun lepas saya uruskn housing loan adek saya, saya p sume bank yg ade gak n atlast amek hong leong...n saya ase hong leong memang paling OK...kesimpulannya housing loan buatlah dengan Hong leong bank...btw saya memang suke p cari sendiri..rela p naik sume bank jumpe officer sembang konon2 nk amek loan ngan dorang kan...p sume bank n compare kan..puas ati....sangat2 recommend housing loan hong leong... |

ye ke Hong leong ok?kemarin ada gak call hong leong tnya utk loan 156k, BLR -2.25....lawyer fee rm5-6k...pastu apply loan RHB...officer RHB bgtau utk islamic loan ada 2 kategori - BBA & Musyarakah...klu BA ni menguntungkan pihak bank sbb seolah2 bank beli umah tu then jual kpd kita.cth klu kita buat loan rm100k, total yg kita kena byr mybe 3kali gnda dr jumlah loan.
tp utk Musyarakah ni lak menguntungkan pembeli...sbb interest based on outstanding balance..let say kita ada cash yg byk utk byr partial / settle loan sblm tempoh, bank akn kira based on outstanding...cmtu la yg aku paham...klu x salah officer tu ckp RHB & MBB je kot ada Musyarakah..klu CIMB tu BBA.... |

lawyer fee 5-6k? lawyer fee pon saya cari sendiri..saya p panjat banyak lawyer firm then compare yg termurah....umah saya bli yg loan CIMB uma dari developer jd lawyer fee for snp waive, umah adek yg saya uruskan beli dari org...so lawyer utk s&p n lawyer utk loan saya cari sendiri...asenye hong leong je yg BLR- 2.** yg loan cimb saya tu BLR-1.6 je....bank2 lain lak klo amek loan 200k ke atas je baru dapat BLR-2.** |

dengar dkt bfm pagi tadik, cimb ker hsbc ada buat offer 0 moving cost....try la check it out...
ps:heard rumors in the market, bnm intend to reduce OPR to promote economy in 1Q12....cross fingers! |
